This is actually a punishment that was given to me by my daddy @fluffy-papa-bear. After i wrote this, he told me to also post onto Tumblr for you all to see, so here it is. Feel free to read if you wanna or not.
One of our established rules for me to follow is for me to not say mean or rude things about myself and my body. You understand that I have issues when it comes to my personal body image, and it is for that reason that you created and enforce this rule. However, as I am writing the short essay as punishment, I did break said rule. As punishment, I am to write this essay explaining as to why I am not say these types of things about myself.
One of the biggest reason as to why I am not allowed to say negative things about myself is because of the emotional, physical, and mental stress and pressure it puts upon me. I am an easily stressed person, and when I think and say these things about myself, they become the only thing that I can focus on. I get physically sick for days at a time, I become easily upset and my mental state fluctuates rapidly, and I can’t focus on the important work that I would need to do. It is hard for me to function in my day to day life, and that is the reason why this rule is one of our many cardinal rules: to ensure that I am the best version of myself physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Another reason as to why I am not allowed to say mean things about myself is because you are here to make sure I do my absolute best in all things that I do daily. You are here to constantly lift me up and put positivity into my life. When I say these types of things about myself, I cannot put positivity into my life nor can you begin to add your positivity into my life. Being rude to my body and soul isn’t good for me, as it makes me a more negative person in my life, which neither of us want.
Lastly, as a couple, we are each a reflection of one another. When I say terrible things about myself, it is reflected onto you. Not only when I criticize myself does it make both of us sad, it also makes you feel bad and inadequate with the job you are doing as my boyfriend and daddy. You always do your best to make me happy and care about my well-being, and when I am saying these things it makes you second guess the job you are doing, and you become upset and hurt. I never want to make you feel bad and I know that you are doing the best you can at being my boyfriend/daddy. I have realized that not only am I hurting myself with my words but the people I care most about around me, and I cannot let that happen nor will I let it happen again.
