If you're interested - I'm actively working on O Serpent Heart. I'm going to retcon just a little bit of the last chapter (Changbin will go in the woods with Noona and Yongbok). This is going to change quite a bit of what I had planned, but I think for the better.

I guess I needed a break. The past few months have been spent in detox - from the internet, from idol culture, from the rampant consumerism being pushed our faces non-fucking-stop. Sorry about the wait.

Hopefully, what happens next will be better for it. I invite you to rejoin Yongbok and Noona when the time comes.

Hi everybody, I have some time to write this weekend, so if you like, I have a small sneak peek here

Despite its unholy mass, Seo Yunho’s grotesque pistol fits perfectly in Yongbok’s precious, pure hands. 

Sparks splinter off the thick curve of the golden barrel as we maneuver through moonlight to join our mother in the shadow of the woods. My sweet baby keeps the heavy weapon pointed safely at the ground, whether by instinct or the sheer weight of it, glancing back every few feet to make sure I’m still following him (I am, with a fistful of his hoodie). With each step away from the party, I sense a shift in my boyfriend’s demeanor, from his usual anxious ball of nerves to something calm, cold, calculating; I see the square of his shoulders, eyes alight with confidence, the lead in his palms a poison already seeping into his blood. 

I’ve got to get it away from him. If there’s one thing Yongbok should not have, it is a gun - especially that gun. I need to take it away from him, to break that enchantment I already see building in his mind. Besides, the golden bull is very probably a murder weapon – and the fucking thing’s got Bokkie’s fingerprints all over it now. 

“Baby, please –,” I begin again, but he shushes me - deep, low, in a tone I’ve never heard before, with an authority he’s never held before, and I find myself trailing behind him in the dark like a child, deaf, dumb, and mute. 

What is happening to me? What I should be doing in this situation is backing his skinny ass up against a tree and forcing him to drop the goddamn gun… That would be sensible. That would be the right thing to do. He’s a child holding a weapon he has no idea how to use, handed to him by someone who knew that and still chose to push it right into his little hands -
