                      “Of course I trust you.” Jon didn’t even have to think about saying it. However, they were in front of about 10 or 15 Mantid demons and Jace was making eyes at the cliff to their left. “We can make quick work of these guys, don’t even think about jumping off that cliff to avoid them!” It was so like Jace to want to try to most difficult and possibly life-threatening way of getting out of trouble.

she shrieked as she hit the floor, propping herself up on her arms, lower lip between her teeth. “wouldn’t you like to know.”

                    “there are lots of things i’d like to know, sera.” she was on the floor completely vulnerable to him. he pinned her down, his knee pinning one of her legs to the mat. he brushed his lips against her’s, he was merely seeing if she would attempt to throw him off or not.

                jonathan dropped to his knees and roundhouse swept out at her legs. he was on top of her in a second. “did father teach you that one too?”

                 “you’re being annoying seraphina!” he’d been granted the use of phaesphoros by their father and he lashed out at her with the blade patterned with morning stars. he dropped it to the side. “fifty bucks says i can pin you with or without your stupid move.”

                    they’d been alone for about five days. they’d been staying in london, taking in the sights there was a plan for them to take over the world but sebastian wanted to spend some time getting to know and trust his little sister. of course, she already trusted him because of the bond. but he wanted more, she always made him want more. they were at the top of the london ferris wheel. he slipped his hand over to her knee. “you ok?” he couldn’t remember if she was afraid of heights.
