Learn 2 lift session at Custom Fitness Lincoln. I hold my hand up to slacking off training since the little lady. It's a nice to kick up the ass to get back into training on the learn2lift course at @custom_fitness_uk thank you to Steve Cartwright for the quality advice and pushing me to hit a PB on the back squat. 110kg 1 rep max. 💪🏼😳😁🏋🏽 (at Custom Fitness UK)

Little bit of slowmo from my camera. Only the second time on this set up and starting to get used to it. Those @chaya_skates Diamonds suit ramp as well and flat track. @chicksinbowls hardware and @wicked_bearings plus my @ennuibrand protection makes for a good rid. @ricardolino and @fink59 this wasn't the best one of the day. Tripod collapsed after this so missed one that was a but more locked and longer 😊 getting there tho need to keep on with this when I get the chance. @ciblincolnshire
