I'm rewatching The Old Guard again for brainrot reasons and I've decided to watch a few scenes I like in German cause I find it interesting how they translated certain things and how the voices fit and all that.

And like, in the lab? They translated 'nicely tousled' with 'niedlich verwuschelt' and it's like??? Who gave any of u the right?! What the fuck? That's so precious, I'm literally about to cry.

And the fact that Luca Marinelli dubbed himself in German is just really not helping. I love that so much, it fits so well and it makes the fact that I don't particularly like Joe's dubbed voice so much sadder...
