“Well, you see, when you’re a child and you see a chord, you pull.”

“I had a pretty gnarly gash but it didn’t make much of a scar. I mean It might be a little discolored but I never really tripped about it that much. Its not my worst one that’s for sure.”

“The worst one I have is from dropping a lava lamp on my head.”

Trenton laughed and shrugged a bit. “It was pretty brutal. Last time I ever smoked that shit for sure.”

“Did you at least get a cool scar?”

“I had like the same thing happen once. I was smoking spice though.That shit is so nasty. Well that’s not true it tasted pretty dank but i totally ended up having a seizure form it at this park and straight up dented this metal bench with my forehead.” Trenton took a long drag from the joint and felt a smile peel across his lips. He hadn’t been stoned in God knows how long and not with such good company ever he thought. He passed it back enjoying the beauty of the sky.

“How the fuck do you even manage to do that?” She looked over the the male, some of her blue hair shifting into her face. Taking quite a long drag herself, Lilly felt herself already feeling more relaxed, slowly slipping into the dream-like state she knew too well.

“Sounds dope. I got plenty of those.” Trent gave a little smile, laid down and rolled next to her. “You start though.”

The girl nodded and rolled another joint as she spoke. “One time, I got so high that I started seeing shit and passed out like, twenty minutes later. But, I kept asking every minute how long it had been because each minute felt like hours.” When she was finished rolling the joint, she put it between her lips, lit it, and took a hit, passing it to him as she exhaled. “That was a fun night.”

Lilly laid in the grass and looked over at the boy. “Lay with me. We’ll share stories and get really high.”

She chuckled and high fived him. “I have the feeling this is the start of a beautiful friendship.”

“Its not exactly an all the time thing but it happens regardless of the drugs. When I got here they called it explosive something or another but I just have have a hard time with anger. I get set off real easy and its bad. Violent grown man temper tantrum type thing.”

“I feel you on a spiritual level. I’m bipolar so, I’m just a ball of emotions.”

“Exactly. I’m not really relationship material anyway. I don’t find ruining someones life very satisfying.”

“How would you ruin someone’s life?”

“There’s just no point in hook ups. They’re a waste of time. If you’re gonna go around fucking people, at least do it if you think you two will be together.”
