My sister, Jean has been setting up for Halloween since 2003, she does it for the kids in her neighborhood. She goes all out, she dresses up in her witch’s outfit & even has the laugh of the witch! The kids look forward to this each year; she hands out treats. She also does this for herself; it makes her feel good knowing that she has made Halloween special for the kids.
The inside of her home & believe me she goes all out. It is not quite finished, so she says!!
