“No.” Dylan handed it over to Lily when she sat beside him. He initially opened his mouth to say Hugo did know exactly what he was doing, since they’d done a pretty good job running a secret, underground rebellion army the last few years, but knowing he and Lily were still on opposing sides, he didn’t make a comment about it. “Okay. Whatever. Rephrase,” Dylan said instead. “One of us has a nine month old and a husband who will kill them twelve ways into the next century if they attempt to get themselves killed again. So, point still stands.” He took the note back from Lily and flipped it over, scanning it to make sure they didn’t miss anything. “We’re not being stupid about this. And we can’t tell anyone. Because if it gets back to our brothers, you know we’ll be fucked and have trackers in us the next day.”
Lily noticed that Dylan almost made a comment to oppose what she’d said about her cousin and had stopped. Which was for the best considering they didn’t need to get into another pointless argument about who meant what and blah blah blah. “Oh I won’t just have a tracker- I’m fairly positive that I would be locked away in some basement or a tower like fricken- Rapunzel.” She agreed, just imagining how pissed her family would be at her. Especially her since her dad had only recently narrowly escaped death and hadn’t even been looking for trouble at the time. “So now that we’ve made that clear- what’s our first step? Going to the location now is more then likely pointless. But do you think Jaspers mum would know anything about who sent the letter? Or at least when it got sent?”
