Even if you are a non-sexual little, as many of us are, it IS a kink. DDlg IS a kink, just as much as pet play. They are both part of the DDlg lifestyle/spectrum, and are both kinks. In the US, and many other countries, it's illegal to expose minors to "sexual content" or "obscene material", aka a kink. That's why porn and sex toy sites have an 18+ warning. If one of your parents decided to snoop around on you, found one of us encouraging you and helping you be part of the lifestyle, and decided to go to the police, we would be put in prison. I don't know how other countries work, but in America I'd also be registered as a sex offender for the rest of my life even after I got out of prison. It would affect getting jobs, where I can and can't live, and relationships with friends and family. My life would be ruined.
I know you're thinking "But the age of consent here is...", but age of consent means nothing to the online BDSM community. Age of consent does NOT apply online. Online interactions are held to federal law, and the federal legal age is 18. So even if you are 16 and your age of consent allows you to be with someone who is 18+, you are still NOT legally allowed to visit porn/adult sites.
Being a non-sexual little also really means nothing. When a lawyer takes a case, they do research. They will see that DDlg is a part of BDSM. If you tried to use the excuse of you being in a BDSM relationship but it was "non-sexual", you would be laughed at. I'm not saying there's no such thing as a non-sexual little, I'm just saying that a court room would never entertain the idea of "non-sexual BDSM".
So again, we don't hate you. We just don't think you fully understand the possible consequences. If you want to do cutesie/little things by yourself or with other underage littles who are also over the age of consent, that is fine. But interacting with adults in the kink is very dangerous.
