Quick update:

•I am the strongest I’ve ever been and I keep increasing weight each time I work out.

•I am the thinnest I’ve been since high school. I didn’t even realize until someone had to measure my waist.

•I am in the healthiest relationship I’ve ever been in with the guy I had a crush on in high school. This is the first time I haven’t been in contact with exes when starting a new relationship, and it feels liberating.

•I am the most financially/emotionally stable I’ve been in a really long time.

I realized I have been at a rock bottom the past couples years. I was feeling like garbage, and therefore, was letting myself be treated like garbage. And I was turning to vices that couldn’t reciprocate the way I needed them to. My social medias being one. I’ve made a lot of new friends lately that actually take the time to listen when I’m anxious about something, and today when I had a flat tire this guy I really like offered to come change it for me. I was taken back because I can’t remember a time when anyone (besides my immediate family) was selflessly willing to help me, and then I wondered why I hadn’t made that a standard of people I surround myself with. Maybe I don’t think I am worth it; maybe I’m not worth it yet, but will be soon.

In short, I’ve been enjoying my real life lately and can’t/won’t make it a priority to keep up online.
