LINDSAY TAI CHI CLUB
Our club is a local not-for-profit organization that is held at St. Paul's Anglican Church, 45 Russel St. W., Lindsay ON. Classes are held every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday morning from 9:30 to 11. The cost, effective Jan. 2026, is $25 per month or $90 for 4 months payable in Jan., April, and Sept. To join the club, just attend any class a bit early and someone will take you to the leader. Go to the West side door and follow the signs to the 2nd floor. Parking is available and a bus stops at Russel and William St.

Change that brings improvement is not always linear. Sometimes very hard work offers just a little improvement. Other times, a little earns a lot. do not rejoice at achievement and get frustrated with failure. The direct Path is in the middle. Avoid the extremes.
