Black roses of Halfeti is a very rare type of rose, which only grows in Şanlıurfa, Halfeti, Turkey.

In bud form, its color is black, however, in process of growth the color turns into dark red or purple. Moreover, when this rose is planted in bud form anywhere but Halfeti, it does not bloom in black. The most interesting thing about this roses is that they only bloom black in Şanlıurfa, Halfeti.
