Snake box!!

I made this cardboard cube for a college sculpture class, and recently I decided to decorate it with Posca pens. Been chipping away at it for about six months. I’m very happy with it!

I made this charred phoenix hat to wear to my cousin’s Gods and Goddesses birthday party. It was really fun diving into a project like this again. 🐦‍🔥

I did a bunch of sketching in 2020-2021 that, at the time, I felt couldn’t possibly be good enough to finish and post. Pretty sure I was going through some Instagram perfectionism crap. Looking at those sketches now, they are, in fact, very fun and cool, and I plan on posting them.

To start, here’s a gangly mermaid lady <3

I needed a paper towel holder for my art table, so I got a plain wooden one and painted to look like this step stool I painted when I was five!

I don’t know what inspired my mom to give me a step stool to paint, but it’s one of my favorite possessions. <3

I’ve had this lil guy sitting unfinished on my desk since 2021. While I was painting another recent project, I realized I had all the right colors to turn him into a thylacine. <3

Well!! Nothing I’ve posted here has ever gotten such a response! I have read every note and tag and I’m so happy this little creechur brings you all such joy!

It would seem that there need to be more little guys!!

This will probably be slow going, as I have a day job and am easily distracted, but more lil guys there shall be!

Also gave him a burger, as requested. <3

Here are some of my designs from Solar Opposites season 3 episode 11, “The Fog of Pupa”

This episode was so fun, and also a bit of a nightmare. So many fog monsters, and so many more that sadly had to be cut.

Our Halloween special is almost here, so I guess I’ll post some season 3 designs! This was my first season as an art director, so there are much fewer designs that are fully mine. I did find time to do a few of them, though, including lots of mouth charts.

I had a lot of fun with those gross Santa heads. The Turbo Man figures went through a lot of changes, and were a joint effort between me and one of the prop designers.
