Ladies (and gents) allow me to introduce you to my husband, Mitch! He has decided to take on the November "Movember" challenge and grow a mustache...I am sure you can guess just how thrilled I was at the idea, BUT I have decided to embrace it and show my support for the cause because #menshealthmatters! Not only has my hubby taken on the challenge, but he thought it would be great to help raise some funds for #menshealth too!
