the invulnerability spell was cast on baldur not long after he was born. it is his greatest power and his most hated. the side effects of this spell has robbed him of the ability to feel anything, pain or pleasure. however, these side effects were not instantaneous. years and years would go by as baldur found himself gradually losing his ability to feel before it was removed from him entirely.
