I HATED the coach Beistes trans storyline. HATED IT. I loved coach Beiste, I loved the character and the actress and his whole part in the show, until it was revealed he was trans. Coach Beiste was originally a character that showed that girls don't have to fit into their stereotypical gender rolls, and bigger, taller, generally more masculine girls can still love themselves and be who they are. I related heavily to Beiste and know so many others who did too, then the writers decided out of nowhere Beiste was transgender? All the previous seasons of self acceptance down the drain. Hated it.
Unique annoyed the hell out of me. I liked the general storyline, and she had an AMAZING voice, but almost any time she was speaking starting in season 4, couldn't stand her, so annoying and not even in a funny way. The only character that annoys me more than Unique is Myron.
Will Schuster is rightfully hated, but all the hate directed at Mathew Morrison is cruel. I feel like he objectively sings well and is very talented. Making fun of his appearance and performances seems icky.
Okay... This one is really a "hear me out". Puck arguably had one of the darker back stories and backgrounds. (In fact, several of the boys were high key victims of statutory rape, assault, grooming ect and it's just brushed over) Puck was a bad person who did bad things, but Puck is NOT Mark Sailing. I loved Pucka's singing and storyline. I think more hate needs to be directed more at characters like Shelby Corcoran.
Becky Jackson was high-key a pervert and she would sexually harass her peers. I don't understand why it's seen as acceptable in the community but other characters get fired on for it.
Yep yep also sam told rory and joe about the theory that fnaf was based after a real life shooting and now both of them are scared to go to chucky cheese
Kurt - Doesn't believe in ghosts per se but believes in "energies", mostly just when it comes to "signs" from his mom
Rachel - Claims not to, but when her fave Broadway legends start dying she WILL have a 50 slide powerpoint detailing why they're haunting her, specifically
Finn - He believed a grilled cheese sandwich was granting him wishes, so it would seem like a possibility. However if he really believed in them then I think he'd blame all his bad choices on temporary possession, so who's to say? Could go either way
Sam - 1000%. Has tried ghost hunting on many an occasion, usually dragging Blaine along. Gauges ghost activity based on how much they respond to his celebrity impressions
Blaine - Says he doesn't but still gets terrified on ghosting expeditions with Sam. Tries not to talk directly to the spirits but is always respectful when talking about them in a haunted location
Santana - Would go ghost hunting with Blaine and Sam just to scare them by yelling at and provoking the spirits. But also lowkey sleeps with a light on after watching any kind of scary movie or video
Brittany - Has a homemade ouija board she whips out any time she gets bored. Loves a good gab sesh with a ghost. Also thinks they speak her secret made up language
Artie - Every time there's the weirdest little anomaly in the background of one of his videos, he posts it to every social media, sends it to every ghost channel and "expert" online, and is convinced he's going to get an award for capturing real evidence of the paranormal in his work
Mercedes - The only ghost she has time for is the holy ghost amen
Quinn - Same as the above. Also has enough to worry about in real life, doesn't need to add the supernatural on top of that
Tina - Yes, but also mostly just likes the aesthetic and idea of them. Would join Brittany in a seance until Brittany started seemingly speaking in tongues, then would shut it all down
Puck - No, not interested in ghosts. Claims he saw Bigfoot once, though
Mike - Also not a ghost guy. He could, however, talk about aliens for hours on end
I am constantly thinking about what artists glee characters would sing if the show was still running… i feel like the unholy trinity might have eaten up some Ariana grande!! and Britney would’ve LOVED Sabrina carpenter. i feel like we would secretly catch Santana singing chappell roan and it would’ve been so silly.. i miss glee😔
