The lips were the giveaway. Lately, the time between malfunctions of his implants had been lessening ;; MOST LIKELY due to his determination in finding a device to stop  ZOOM. Hartley had a tendency to disregard the care of himself during those late nights. OR  perhaps the anomaly of breaches??  It was difficult to determine.

Reading lips would suffice in the meantime.

Eyebrows raise just slightly, taking in the others question. Really all he’d wanted was for the other to move so he could grab his coffee and disappear back into his lair. This was unexpectedly interesting. He knows the people who oppose him, they litter the city like rats. Normally he wouldn’t hesitate just to grab the other and throw him in a cell to rot. Still, he’s got some semblance of a disguise to maintain. So instead his hands just raise, moving nimbly to try and express himself.

[This is maybe a dumb question but what is it that makes the..I guess the color of the speed force different? Like when Zoom speeds you see blue, Barry it’s red, Thawne is more of a yellow. Is there a reason?]
