Bewitched Bubble Bar!

If you want a pure black bath, than this bubble bar is for you! To get a full black bath, use the whole bubble bar. Very different for a bubble bar, but certainly cute and smells gorgeous, it smells of lovely fresh blackberries that have been rain washed - refreshing.

I think the design of this bubble bar is absolutely perfect, it’s about time a cat themed product was brought to the Halloween range at Lush, and now finally there is one!

If you love the colour black then you really need to purchase this product, the bath water turns to a deep midnight black, there’s lustre as well that gives a gentle shimmer. It reminds me of looking up at a clear midnight sky and seeing the stars twinkle

Onto the main ingredients, first we have olibanum oil which is a sweet and woody scent and finally we have bergamot oil which is uplifting and cleansing.

Ectoplasm Bath Bomb!

A new Jelly Bomb Bath Bomb was brought to the Halloween range of 2017 at Lush, it’s called Ectoplasm! I must say it smells gorgeous, to me it reminded me of jelly beans! Very sweet and tangy.

The design is pretty cute with a little ghost pattern on the front and the white and purple compliment each other really well.

For me I wasn’t that impressed with the product, because it fizzed far to slow in the water, i expected more colours, but unfortunately it went from quite a fluorescent green to a murky green, with odd bits of purple jelly floating about. It’s a shame as it smells so nice.

A positive though is the jelly moisturised my skin loads meaning when i got out the bath my skin felt so smooth, it was amazing!

Onto the main ingredients first we have grapefruit oil which is uplifting and refreshing, next we have litsea cubeba oil which is uplifting and relaxing and finally we have tangerine oil which gives an uplifting fragrance and tones the skin.

Pink Pumpkin Bubble Bar!

For Halloween this year they brought out a different pumpkin bubble bar, you can still get Sparkly Pumpkin Bubble bar, but say hello to Pink Pumpkin Bubble Bar!

This bubble bar has a very strong floral scent, jasmine to be precise, but once the bubble bar is dissolved in the water the scent becomes more gentle, so if floral scents are your go to smell, then this one is for you! The colour of the bath water is a gentle pink, but depending on how much you use it could be darker in colour, i used half of Pink Pumpkin to get this colour and a decent amount of bubbles.

If you want mountains of bubbles i’d say use the whole bubble bar in one go, but if you are not that fussed about a massive amount of bubbles then chop the bubble bar in half and in half again to get more uses.

Onto the main ingredients, first we have geranium oil which is toning and balancing, next we have bergamot oil which is uplifting and cleansing and finally we have jasmine absolute which is floral and seductive.

Pink Pumpkin Bubble Bar currently retails at the price of £4.25 and i highly recommend if you are a fan of pink, or love the smell of jasmine.

Bubble Spinner Reusable Bubble Bar!

Yes the purple part of the bubble spinner should be blue but unfortunately i left it too long before i used it making the colour fade, but to be honest i think it looks quite pretty with it being purple instead of blue.

So just like a fidget spinner the 2017 craze that there was, Lush decided to create the bubble spinner, their own version of a fidget spinner, which quite frankly was a fantastic idea! Not only is it a superb design but it smells gorgeous, if you love your citrus scents then you will love this, it is packed full of citrus oils making it one of the citrusy products that you certainly have to smell. It’s like lemons and limes having a fight over each other trying to decide which one has the best citrus scent.

My skin certainly felt squeaky clean and smooth after my bath due to all the citrus oils, the bath water went a lovely pale pink/ purple colour which i found very calming and relaxing.

Onto the main ingredients, first we have grapefruit oil which is uplifting and refreshing, next we have lemon oil which is cleansing and uplifting and finally we have lime oil which is uplifting and protecting.

Supertramp Bubble Bar!

Unfortunately I am not a massive fan of the supertramp scent, though it does smell better once dissolved in water, I find this bubble bar has quite a dusty, masculine scent, it gives of a very earthy aroma.

The bubble bar itself is very decently sized meaning you can chop it up and get more baths out of it, but because i wasn’t much of a fan i used it all in one go. It didn’t do much to the water at all if anything made it quite misty looking but that is about it, not colourful and quite boring and dull to me.

I will say my skin did feel lovely and soft after my bath so in a way it did do something good for me.

Onto the main ingredients we have, pimento berry oil which is antioxidant, then we have petitgrain oil which is refreshing, sweet and uplifting, next we have ginger oil which is antibacterial and refreshing and finally we have sandalwood oil which is uplifting and soothing.

Supertramp bubble bar currently retails at the price of £4.95 and i highly recommend if you are a fan of earth scents.

Divination Reusable Bubble Bar!

When you first get this bubble bar a few are quite thrown off by the bronze colour, but never judge a book by it’s cover because as soon as it goes under the water the bronze fades away pretty quick as it’s only lustre/ glitter, then a beautiful deep purple colour appears.

I like that the bubble bar is on a string and is reusable so you can get more than one bath out of it, i absolutely adore the scent as it’s a very violet/ grassy smell, these are some of my favourite scents, it certainly once again reminds me of parma violets. The bath water turns a lovely faded purple colour which is great as it gives off a gentle relaxing feel as you take a long soak in the bath.

Onto the main ingredients, first we have violet leaf absolute which is fresh, gives a grassy scent and is antiseptic, next we have thyme oil which is antiseptic and disinfectant, then we have patchouli oil which is relaxing and gives off an earthy aroma and finally we have rose oil which is balancing and restorative.

Little Dragon Reusable Bubble Bar!

What an amazing design for a bubble bar, just like the Chinese paper dragons you can make around the Chinese New Year, this bubble bar is spectacular with its bold red design and gold lustre to top it off, with a piece of cardboard in the middle as the design of the dragons body, you certainly don’t want to miss out on using this bubble bar! It is exclusive to Oxford Street but can be ordered online!

The scent for me is what i find perfect and unique no one will get the first bit because the scent is special to me, it reminds me of being at Chessington Theme Park, i visited there earlier this year with my friend and was taken by the smell around the park, all the nature it all just mixed and flowed well together, and when i smelt this bubble bar it took me right back to that spot of being at the theme park. It also reminds me, like i just said earlier, of autumnal nature, so many beautiful smells packed into this bubble bar, it’s very warming, you can smell the clove oil and ginger oil, it’s just wonderful!

The bath goes a lovely faded orangey/ red colour which is believe is to represent the fire from the dragon, the more you use of this product the deeper the colour of the bath will be!

Onto the main ingredients, first we have clove bud oil which is spicy and stimulating, next we have ginger oil which is antibacterial and refreshing and finally we have cinnamon leaf oil which is warming, spicy and stimulating.

Cherry Blossom Reusable Bubble Bar!

Well I must say, i think i am looking at a new favourite bubble bar, i absolutely adore the smell of this bubble bar, a hint of cherry, soapy, sweet, sherbety, floral, it is just perfect. Yes it’s a strong scent but not to turn your nose up at, the scent is very weak in the bath so if you want a strong smelling bubble bath of this gorgeous bubble bar then unfortunately you do need to use it all in one go which is a shame. The scent reminded me of Professor Burps Bubble Works, which is now a closed down ride that’s been re-vamped at Chessington to something different, each room you entered had a different scent and ‘Cherry Blossom’ scent from this bubble bar seems to be one of them!

The bubble bar makes the bath water go a gentle blossom pink which really shows it lives up to its name ‘cherry blossom’. This product contains many oils making your skin feel lovely and moisturised after your bath which is just perfection!

Onto the main ingredients we have almond essential oil which gives a sweet smell, next we have Virginian cedar wood oil which is toning and balancing for the skin, then we have rosewood oil which is antiseptic and uplifting and finally we have sicilian lemon oil which is uplifting and cleansing.

Cherry Blossom reusable bubble bar currently retails at the price of £6.95 and i highly recommend if you are a fan of sweet floral scents that have a soapy bubbly undertone! Or if you are a fan of cherry blossom!

Windmill Reusable Bubble Bar!

What a wonderful scent of limes, literally has such a sweet lime scent it reminds me of chocolate limes! With this being a reusable bubble bar, it means you can use it time and time again until it’s all gone which i think is excellent. What’s so cute about this bubble bar is that it actually spins like a windmill, so when you place it under the tap if the bubble bar isn’t to thick the windmill will spin.

The bath water goes a lovely pale lime green colour, depending on how much bubble bar you use the deeper the green will be, as you can see i didn’t use to much but just enough to get a lovely gentle green colour. My skin felt refreshed and squeaky clean due to the lime oil and moisturised due to the fair trade organic cocoa butter and macadamia nut oil.

So this leads us onto the main ingredients, first up we have cypress oil which is antiseptic and relaxing, next we have lime oil which is uplifting and protecting for the mind and skin, then we have fair trade organic cocoa butter which is softening and conditioning for the skin and finally we have macadamia nut oil which is nourishing and moisturising.

Windmill reusable bubble bar currently retails at the price of £6.95 an i highly recommend if you are a fan of lime scents, especially chocolate lime scents! This is perfect for you!

Yellow Submarine Bath Bomb!

The scent of this bath bomb is absolutely fantastic, imagine you’re on holiday, on a tropical island, bright blue waters, beaming hot sun, you take a deep breath and smell a gentle creamy scent of coconut followed by a juicy, tangy orange scent which is then followed by a kick of lemongrass, that is this bath bomb ‘Yellow Submarine’.

I absolutely love the design of this bath bomb, of course it makes me think of the Beatles song ‘Yellow Submarine’ straight away due to its name and the bath bomb shape, it brings me happy memories as i always enjoyed singing yellow submarine when it was a dull rainy day, it would always cheer me up.

The only thing i wish this bath bomb did was put on more of a show, i was expecting loads of colours to be swirling and twirling over each other but it was very small and the bath bomb dissolved very slowly, it’s not a huge problem as it is still a pretty bath bomb and makes the water go a lovely summery orange colour. My skin felt lovely and moisturised and squeaky clean after my bath, i definitely will be purchasing again.

Onto the main ingredients we have brazilian orange oil which is refreshing and rejuvenating for the mind and skin, next we have lemongrass oil which is toning, antiseptic and astringent for the skin and finally we have coriander seed oil which is deodorising and stimulating for the skin.

Yellow Submarine bath bomb currently retails at the price of £3.95 and i highly recommend if you love coconut and citrus scents combined together.

Metamorphosis Bath Bomb!

Well what a huge disappointment, i had high expectations for this bath bomb after seeing pictures on other blogs but i am so let down by this very boring bath bomb.

With metamorphosis meaning the transformation of something completely different to its original, i can only find this bath bomb transformed into disappointment. The bath bomb starts off grey making the bath water a very murky dull colour, then once the water gets to the middle of the bath bomb, a small amount of orange, pink and green floats out doing barely anything to the water only making it look more murky in other words, dirty. It may be the case i had a badly designed ‘Metamorphosis’ bath bomb and that they had made the inside rainbow part of the bath bomb a lot smaller compared to others - hopefully this is the case as it is such a shame otherwise.

The only thing i didn’t mind about this bath bomb was the scent, it had a very spicy peppery scent and would go exceptionally well with lord of misrule shower cream. Due to it’s spicy scent it’s definitely perfect to use during the autumnal season as evenings begin to get colder.

Onto the main ingredients we have black pepper oil which is warming and stimulating for the mind and skin, next we have cinnamon leaf oil which is warming, spicy and stimulating and finally we have myrrh resinoid which is spicy and warming.

Metamorphosis bath bomb currently retails at the price of £4.50 and i highly recommend if you are a fan of spicy scents like cinnamon and black pepper, or lush products like lord of misrule shower cream or bath bomb, or wiccy magic muscles massage bar. Abi :) x

Rocket Science Bath Bomb!

Rocket Science is one of those bath bomb’s that i saw straight away and could not resist buying, it is so pretty, a lovely tropical glittery blue colour, with a yellow tail to represent the rockets flame and small rainbow stars which i think is brilliant and adds to the detail. What i love about this bath bomb when it dissolves is not only the gorgeous tropical blue colour it turns the bath water but the pretty short spurts of rainbow colours such as pinks, purples, greens and yellows that comes out the back/ middle of the rocket.

Rocket science reminds me of intergalactic due to similar colour and a good amount of lustre/ glitter. But of course they have different scents and different in the way they dissolve in the water producing different patterns. Intergalactic is more heavy with colours due to it being a big bath bomb where as Rocket Science is more delicate but still puts on a brilliant show.

The scent of this bath bomb is absolutely gorgeous, it’s sweet with a lemon kick, brilliant for giving you an uplifting feeling with its citrus power. I found my skin felt very cleansed after using this bath bomb due to the sicilian lemon oil and bergamot oil.

You can probably now guess what the main 2 ingredients are, that is sicilian lemon oil and bergamot oil which both are uplifting and cleansing for the mind and skin.

Rocket Science currently retails at the price of £2.95 and i highly recommend if you are a fan of sweet citrus scents and love the intergalactic bath bomb.

Marmalade Jelly Bomb!

Another new addition to Lush, another jelly bomb, this one i called marmalade, i absolutely love the scent of this jelly bomb, sweet and citrusy which certainly ticks the boxes for me. This is a slow fizzing jelly bomb, it doesn’t really put on much a show but its nice to see the orange colours go from being quite light to going really bold.

A nice touch that they added to this jelly bomb that i really like is the orange slices they added inside, so as the jelly bomb dissolves, small orange slices float out, this really adds to the citrus scent. Once again the jelly from this jelly bomb really made my skin lovely and soft, the only downside again is the jelly staining the bath, but it is easily cleaned away.

Onto the main ingredients we have grapefruit oil which is uplifting and refreshing for the skin and mind, next we have orange slices which are added inside the jelly bomb as decoration, this is also a nice touch as it enhances the citrus scent and finally we have Brazilian orange oil which is refreshing and rejuvenating for the skin and mind.

Marmalade Jelly Bomb currently retails at the price of £4.95 and i highly recommend if you are a fan of sweet citrus scents and love the colour orange.

Re-Vamped Think Pink Bath Bomb!

That’s right, Think Pink bath bomb has had a complete re-vamp, if you remember the original Think Pink bath bomb was quite small, had 3 candy flowers on top and heart confetti on the inside. The new Think Pink bath bomb is a lot bigger, and has lot’s of lustre/ glitter.

I think re-vamping ‘Think Pink’ was a good idea, don’t get me wrong the old version was good and cute but never did much in the water and was quite deflating to see it not do much in the bath, but since the re-vamp the bath bomb is more interesting to watch, one because it’s bigger and more happens as it fizzes and two your bath water becomes a more vibrant pink, where as the old version of ‘Think Pink’ left the bath water looking a very diluted pink colour and lastly the scent is a lot stronger.

I must say if you are looking for a fun bath bomb to uplift your mood and comfort you as you relax in the bath then the new ‘Think Pink’ is definitely for you, it made my skin feel lovely and soft and squeaky clean. Due to the scent being the same but stronger, the scent lingered on my skin for longer producing a sweet aroma.

Onto the main ingredients we have tonka absolute which gives a sweet scent, next we have vanilla absolute which gives a sweet and comforting scent and finally we have neroli oil which is uplifting and toning.

The new Think Pink bath bomb currently retails at the price of £4.50 and i highly recommend if you are a fan of sweet scents, love the colour pink and want a bath full of lustre/ glitter.

Secret Arts Jelly Bomb!

Originally known as ‘Dark Arts’ it now goes by the name of ‘Secret Art’s’, this is certainly a spectacular jelly bomb, themed around wizards and spells ‘hint, hint Harry Potter’, you certainly have an interesting jelly bomb to watch as it brews in the bath producing a beautiful dark black with lot’s of lustre, making the bath look like a midnight sky.

The only downside for me is how the black jelly sticks to my skin, yes it’s fully easy to wash off but i kind of felt dirty while sat in the bath which is a shame as it’s such a pretty and lovely smelling jelly bomb.

While ‘Secret Art’s’ jelly bomb is fizzing away as it gets to the middle a vibrant pink appears, it’s quite a nice touch to see almost like a secret inside the jelly bomb, the pink doesn’t do much to the water apart from make patterns as it dissolves.

The scent is gorgeous and warming, it has quite a spicy cinnamon scent with a gentle orange undertone, this is extremely comforting for when you want a warm relaxing bath with possibly a few candles lit to help add to the comforting feel. I won’t deny that even though i may of felt a little dirty sat in the bath with this jelly bomb, the jelly itself was super soothing to the skin yet again, which is brilliant.

Onto the main ingredients we have brazillian orange oil which is refreshing and rejuvenating for the skin, next we have almond oil which is sweetly smelling, and finally we have cinnamon leaf oil which is warming, spicy and stimulating for the mind and skin.

Secret Arts jelly bomb currently retails at the price of £4.95 and i highly recommend if you love the colour black or have always wanted to try a black bath bomb!

Green Coconut Jelly Bomb!

Here we have another new Jelly Bomb that has been brought to Lush, when i saw the name of this jelly bomb i instantly got excited, i thought ‘finally! A coconut scented bath product’ and when i finally got to smell it for the first time i was delighted, it was exactly how i expected it to smell, the scent takes me back to summer holiday memories when going abroad. It smells just like salted coconut hand scrub that Lush make.

The colour of the bath water is perfect, a mint green colour, but the jelly side of this bath bomb isn’t exactly the wow factor, it just frothy bits of jelly floating around which i found quite disappointing compared to when i used the ‘Big Sleep Jelly Bomb’, unfortunately Green Coconut doesn’t really put on a show and is a very slow fizzer.

I believe that this Jelly Bomb has a stronger scent when not dissolved, once in the water the scent does calm down quite a bit. On the plus side this jelly bomb leaves your skin feeling lovely and soft and puts a sweet scent on the skin.

Onto the main ingredients we have, coconut cream which is softening and conditioning for the skin and finally we have cinnamon leaf oil which is warming, spicy and stimulating.

Green Coconut Jelly Bomb currently retails at the price of £4.95 and i highly recommend if you are a fan of coconut scented products.
