I see you not going to bed at a reasonable hour, I’m not mad, nor am I disappointed. I understand. The world feels very chaotic right now and it can be hard to make everything go quiet so we can finally rest. We feel like we have no free time and we just don’t want the next day to start.

but the best thing we can do for ourselves sleep, if we don’t sleep, our brain starts to hurt itself and we don’t want that. So I’m gonna give you something that I used to help me sleep all the time and I hope it helps you too. ❤️
