You don’t need a routine or anything to shift. I can’t believe that in the big 2026, there are still people making “shifting routine” video about them drinking water, washing and shaving, omg.

So I commented on this blog and they deleted my comment which was very interesting. If you want to have a routine for shifting that is absolutely fine as long as you are happy and not forcing others. Please don’t let people shame you into thinking that having a shifting routine is wrong. Even if you don’t need a routine they can be helpful for some people. So if you want to drink water, shower shave etc before shifting then do that. There’s nothing wrong with it. It’s just that it’s not required. and if you don’t want to have a shifting routine then don’t. there’s nothing wrong with that either. At the end of the day both are fine. So please don’t let someone say “fuck you” if you want to have a routine.

I’m going to say it clearer in bold so it really clicks.

What if you don’t have to explain why things haven’t appeared to “manifest” yet? What if you don’t need to continue to identify with posts that say “the reason you haven’t manifested your desires, shifted, entered the void is because of xyz?”

What if there is no reason to hide behind for the supposed silence. No ego, No “resistance”, nothing? What if you don’t have to keep explaining away the silence. What is left then? Awareness. Awareness is all that is left behind.

My love, you don’t need to explain why it’s supposedly taken “time” for desires. You don’t need to justify reality. The mind loves to narrate stories and give meaning. But truly there is no meaning. Reality and awareness truly is unexplainable. So instead of trying to explain the unexplainable and use logic and reason. Why not instead just see the silence as nothing more than a blip? A passing moment in awareness. This doesn’t mean you want more of the silence, this doesn’t mean more silence will “manifest.” but it’s just realising that you don’t need to give meaning to it.

All we have is the now moment anyways. So why not choose who you are now and allow that to be known? Let whatever happened be there. It truly doesn’t matter as much as it seems.

There is “no resistance” you need to release, or “ego you need to dissolve” because they are truly nothing more than appearances within awareness. Yes. Even the ego. Labels can help at first. Of course. We are awareness experiencing a human world right now, labels and distinctions can be very useful at times. But truly it’s about recognising that the end of the day, these labels of “doubts” “ego” “resistance”, are all simply forms. Not absolute truths. You don’t need to label every thought, every experience, every feeling. At least not in a rigid way. Because all there are, are appearances. If labels do still show up, you can let them pass and not latch onto them.

Now realising this may not make the “ego” or “resistance” dissolve immediately. It can happen that way of course but for a lot of people, there may be those emotions and feelings and thoughts that creep back and that’s normal. But eventually, when you stop labelling and assigning meaning to things. All of those things dissolve naturally on their own inevitably. And you come to the truth that there was no ego or resistance to get rid of to begin with. Because they were all just awareness with different filters.

This may feel uncomfortable, this may feel raw, it may feel like you have nothing to hide behind, no excuses to make for reality. But I can assure you, you will inevitably come to the truth that you were never stuck. You were always free. It’s not about taking more actions, or avoiding anything.

It’s about relaxing and knowing that no matter what, you are always okay. You are always enough as you are without the labels, the stories and the narratives.

I would like to share a quote from my higher self today.

“A butterfly comes out of the cocoon. She may not spread her wings and fly straight away. It may appear to take time because she is afraid to fly. But once she lets herself be scared, she realises, the fear never existed in the first place. She then says goodbye to the “fear” and spread her wings and fly.”

one thing i want everyone on shiftblr and loablr to realise is that you don't have to believe in the views on what shifting/manifesting is that everyone else does on this app. assumptions create reality, what you believe in is true. you don't have to worry about rationalising everyone else's beliefs. i personally disagree with a lot of the beliefs people hold on this app, and that's okay! what's true for them is true for them, what's true for me is true for me. that's the beauty of it all.

Dude, when were manifesting something and we assume it, we dont act "delulu" or whatever that shit are, you're living the actual true that is you manifested what you want.

"oh be delulu and you're going to get what you want 🥹" no. Same shitty energy as "fake it till you make it" what the hell? We all know that when you DECIDE something happened it already happened. Again when you decide something happened it already happened. Because you're the god, right? You do your reality, not me, not her, not him, YOU.

All of your assumptions happen instantly. The 3d conforms instantly, literally. You just dont see because you dont let yourself with the "no, 3d is a laaazy and slow reflex of our old thoughts" shut up. The 3d conforms instantly, in a more biblical side here, when god said "let there be light" it was instantly, right? Did he needed to pretend it had light? To check if there's light? No, he just said it ans ready, boom, had light, there's no "ok, now i'll wait one week until the light comes".

You're not different, you're the god of your reality, whatever you want you have it, just decide!

• The physical is not the final result, and definitely not the final place, is not even a real thing..

• The attempt to shift/manifest only exists when you see the physical as the result, as validation that something worked: the physical is an observer of what you observe.

• There is no separation between you, the physical self, and your imagination; you are not the being you imagine, you are imagined, The ego is not a real entity.

• The law of assumption doesn't work; it's merely a pointer. Some people think it depends on that, but consciousness creates everything, including the law of assumption, so... it's a pointer 🤷 that's why you made the rules.

• Everything is based on what you observe, validate and perceive. When we manifest something, we just perceive it.

• If you treat imagination as something false, even knowing that the physical is also imagination...why worry so much about it and why think it's real? You create a separation between the physical and the imaginary, believing that the physical is more real than the imaginary. But now that you know that the physical is also imagination, why place them on different levels?

• you are not the being that imagine (you, in this case, ego), You are the being that is imagined, imagined by consciousness.

• "ah but the physical feel so real" yeah, And isn't that the same thing we think about while we dream? We're in a dream, and that's the world of our ego from there, to our mind from "there", it's real. But guess what? We always wake up.

• subconscious, unconscious mind...None of that exists. There is only one thing and one state: consciousness.

Short Shifting and “Manifesting” Reminder:

Saying you will shift instead of you have already shifted, or you are already shifting does NOT keep you in a state of waiting 😭. Whoever made up that rule i’m sorry but it’s so silly and laughable.

So I like to have full on conversations with myself in my room alone of course so people don’t think i’m crazy and at the end of my convo I said, I know I will shift no matter what. Then I started laughing to myself because I remembered how people would say “SaYinG I WilL, KeEps yOu WaiTiNG. SaY yOu HaVe It NoW or ElSEE😡😡😡”

LMAOO PLEASE. If you’re going to do something in the “future” like let’s say you’re going to go for a walk. You decide you will for a walk and later you end up doing it. You didn’t say “i’m going for a walk now or I already have gone for a walk”. You simply decided you will for a walk later in your day and you DID. Nothing stopped you from going for a walk just because you said you WILL. Instead of saying it in the present tense or future tense. Another example is if you ordered a package to come and sally asks if it’s here yet. You won’t say “yeahh it’s here” if it hasn’t arrived yet. You would say “no not yet but it will come soon!” Saying that doesn’t delay the package or make it not come 😭. You still get the package.

So please if saying you will shift instead of “you are already shifting” or you “have shifted”, is easier for you then PLEASE say that. Don’t let others on here tell you that you have to gaslight and manipulate yourself as if you are in some toxic ass on and off euphoria relationship with yourself. Because you’re not. All you truly are is awareness anyways. You can never truly be at war with yourself because there is no war to begin with. So please give yourself grace, make shifting fun and easy for yourself.

Even if it is true that in awareness all realities are happening now, and have already happened, in this current moment you may be experiencing your cr or an undesired situation and that’s okay. Accept where you are right now. It’s okay to lean into this reality and accept that you aren’t where you want to be. Some very good friends helped me realise that. You don’t need to manipulate yourself if that doesn’t feel good for you. Acceptance doesn’t mean locking it in. It just means you stop fighting your circumstances. It’s okay to say to yourself “I am experiencing this cr right now but I know it’s not forever, I know I will shift soon. I know it will happen” It’s okay to say that if that feels comfortable.

Or maybe even saying that might not feel good to you and that’s okay. Make your own rules. This literally all your dream. Your own personal world and you deserve to enjoy it. Do what feels good to you. Not what others tell you to do. Future tense affirmations, or conversations with yourself DO NOT keep you in a state of lack unless you decide it does. Please let yourself be free.

Let's be serious in 2026. (tough love)

You don't need to try to manifest. You can have shit fall into your lap and not have to work for ANYTHING. I said what I said. It's high time we just embrace getting what we want without working for it. Hustle culture is so toxic and harmful, and it literally makes no sense that we "have to work for what we want" when this was just a manmade concept. The Earth did not come with a manual that said "you need to work for what you want." It was created by us. If you personally want to work for your desires, fine. Do that. But don't shit on people who like/desire shit falling into their lap and don't tell them it's not possible. Anything is fucking possible.

If you choose not to believe that you don't need to work for what you want, then don't be surprised when that's exactly what you have to do. You manifest who you are, not what you want. You can't manifest effortlessness when you're the workaholic who has to work for every single thing they want. And if you're gonna assume you have to work for what you want, for the love of all things good, PLEASE at least assume that there's a 100% chance that you'll get it. We can't be doing this "I tried so hard and I didn't get it" in 2026. Either you are the person with it or you just aren't. No more "I tried and it failed" shit.

Decide that you are the one who just has all their desires fall into their lap. Idk about y'all but my shit falls straight into my lap with no effort because it's MINE already. Not 'desires.'

If you refuse to let it be effortless, don't be confused as to why others get their shit effortlessly when you assume that it's only realistic to grind for it. Be so for real.

I've been studying non-duality intensively these last few months. I've done thorough self-inquiry, and followed teachers from all kinds of non-duality paths, from traditional Advaita Vedanta to the Direct Path and to radical non-duality (there is only " ").

And although I found a lot of peace, wisdom, strength and even blisfull experiences, something just did not sit right with me.

I could not correlate this with the manifestation path that I studied for many years now (in all its forms like LOA, Neville Goddard's teachings, shifting etc.)

At its core, ND teaches that we are all one awareness, the observer or Brahman: formless, timeless, infinite. The illusion of life just happens spontaneously, we just have to observe, let it play itself out as it will. And we will find ultimate peace as soon as we realize that we are not the body or the mind, that all that can be observed is Maya, illusion. And all desires fall away, should fall away, as they belong to the ego, which is also an illusion.

This means we are 'God' but a pretty impotent one. We are not a do-er, just being.

Honestly, for a while this shifted me into a low-key depression. Because what is the point of living, if it is all an illusion anyway, one that cannot be controlled or changed, that you just have to observe. Where is the fun, the joy, the zest for life in that? Just kill me now so I can be done with it, to be honest. Especially on the bad days.

And purely philosophical, logical, there was a breaking point. Brahman is not a do-er, just awareness, no desires or action. But still there is life, creation happening, just 'arising', as illusion? Seems like a subtle duality. Even the Advaita Vedanta scholars stumble at this point if you really listen.

Brahman started to feel like an infinite couch potato, it just did not sit right with me.

And why are so many channelings, from Seth to Abraham Hicks to The Course of Miracles talking about the ultimate Power of god, god as the Creator, you and me as the image of god and therefore equally powerful? There is no power in awareness only.

Besides, manifestation works, in all its forms. I absolutely know it does, from myself and people around me. But manifestation implies a chooser, a do-er, deliberate change/action. Which AV or " " will tell you is again an illusion created by a non-existing ego.

WTF ??? I was starting to get really confused.

But then I stumbled on another non-dual philosophy which has finally made everything click: Kashmir Shaivism.

Here the passive Brahman takes the form of Shiva/Shakti, the ultimate Consciousness/power that creates, destroys, hides and shows itself, not as a duality, but because that is its ultimate nature.

This philosophy makes so much more sense to me. It implies creative power and living, experiencing as playfulness, not to satisfy an ego, but because of a deep inherent joy and passion.

If anyone else is interested in this philosophy: I found some brilliant videos on YT-channel Nish the Fish. There are a lot more on this channel, all interesting and uplifting although not all about non-dual Shaivism. He does not talk about manifestation, but he does not need to, this idea of God (= you = me) fits manifestation and life experience so much better. It gave me my power and passion back.

I still believe awareness goes beyond all labels but this is the closest concept to what I believe. I don’t believe awareness is some passive thing and that our role is just to observe and watch life pass by. I believe that truly awareness is the infinite intelligence, so alive, so full of brightness and we don’t have to just sit and watch life pass. We can actively choose what we desire for play and curiosity

This is just me rambling as a journal. This may sound psychotic but I don’t know why I got this random urge to write this and to share this. Perhaps someone will relate.

I’m sure we have all been victim of the “be realistic” narrative and the whole “you need to work hard and sacrifice your happiness to get what you want” story. I know I have heard it so many times and to be honest right now i’m unemployed just finished an MSc, actively looking for a job in my related field li ving with a parent and to be honest these past 4 months i’ve basically been looking for jobs and chilling. I’ve also been diagnosed with adhd which adds to this layer of guilt and shame, the feeling of needing to do more etc. But each time i’ve shed a new layer. I have continued to return to truth of who I am as awareness, as I AM and know that despite how things may seem, what people might say despite the world looking like it’s against me. That no matter what I will not only shift to my dr but also create a beautiful life for myself in the process.

This knowing is so deep within me now that nothing can break it. Of course people in this reality will say you need you plan for your future and know how you will earn money and from this reality logic, they aren’t exactly wrong. That’s all they have ever known. And I know permashifters will know exactly what I am saying. What is true for those supposed “other people” doesn’t have to be true for you. Yes it’s good to plan for future while you’re in this reality, for the time being and if it feels overwhelming you can even make it fun for yourself. But just know that it doesn’t mean life will go that way or has to go that way. Treat it like a fun game that’s all. I have used to feel so guilty until recently that even creative things that I enjoy doing isn’t something that i’ve been able to do every day. My day mainly consists of meditating scrolling and watching shifting posts, cleaning sometimes when there needs to be cleaning, watching shows and sleeping. I exercise sometimes but not consistently. But then I realised that none of these things are inherently bad unless I give them meaning.

I know some people may call this delusion but I really could not give a flying fuck. I also know that while my productivity hasn’t looked like other people’s it doesn’t mean it’s not productive. During this time i’ve spent a lot of time introspectively. Researching about awareness, really starting to change the way I see shifting compared to before, meditating really been in a process of forgetting and remembering each time. Each time I have come back stronger than before in my knowing. Even if the appearances are showing stillness, it doesn’t matter anymore because I know it won’t be like this forever. I know my life won’t be this melancholic sad little life where I will have to work hard and effort for things and make hard sacrifices.

I don’t know how but i just know that my life will work beautifully. Like honestly have some whimsy in your life. Be magical, don’t let realism keep you stuck and small and make you feel bad about yourself and your goals. Honestly stop feeling guilty for not being good enough yourself and for others. You are doing the best you can and it’s time you recognise that. I’m sure you have made progress even small ways you don’t even realise or have forgotten. Whether it’s in your cr or dr.

Maybe I feel like writing this because I had a meditation experience earlier where I decided to just let go of shifting and everything and just fully rest as my awareness and I just felt identity shift within me where I felt pure love and bliss in my heart and I realised that nothing fucking matters. No i don’t mean that in a nihilistic way. I just mean that all these limits people put whether it’s other shifters, people irl telling you to be realistic, guilt from your ego etc. Nothing matters because you are always taken care of and safe whether u believe its with an external god, universe, you true self as awareness (like me) or a deity or even just through shifting itself. You are always taken care of and you are always okay.

Your life is not going to go to shit just because it appears like other people have, or it appears like so far you haven’t been productive enough. I fully believe you can have things come to you without any effort or struggle. Especially when you resist nothing.

That’s another thing. I realised action felt so difficult for me these past four months because I kept viewing action in a negative, effortful, struggle based way especially as a neurodivergent person and because of what i was brought up to believe. But action doesn’t have to require struggle or mental effort. I know that might seem controversial but truly I believe action can be effortless and it won’t even feel like proper action even if you consciously decide to act or make a decision. So now I allow for both things to come to me without action, and I also allow for effortless action both in shifting experiences and in my cr life. This has paid off in small ways this week. I got into some hobbies like reading, and colouring as well as more exercise than usual. I’ve had more vivid dreams and dreams about my wr as well.

Also, I was so torn between “should I assume i’m in my wr?” or should I just choose to know as awareness i can shift easily. And i think i am leaning towards the latter because convincing myself that I am in another reality entirely while perceiving my cr is exhausting. I do not want to do that shit anymore. Shifting deserves to feel natural and effortless without all of this complex stuff in between. I’ve realised that shifting experiences and vivid dreams happen so effortlessly when I follow random nudges I get and then relax whether it’s a random mindset change or just a random nudge to do an action but it never comes from force or effort.

It can be hard when certain people pull you back into their “realism” logic but i’m not going to let that define me or get sucked in. I don’t care if others think it’s delusional, or crazy. I don’t ever want to loose my sense of whimsy. I would rather die than conform to this realities logic and way of being. I don’t want to follow this story of “work a high paying job that you’re not passionate about, pay taxes, grind hard exercise everyday and push your body till it breaks, get married, have kids, and die.” i refuse to make that my life.

Like yeah im not saying to not take care of yourself while you’re here but im not going to stay in this reality and conform to rules. That’s not who I am and that will never be me. I don’t know how but I know that I will shift and experience my dreams no matter what.

Okay i’m going to stop writing. If anyone actually read till the end and for some reason was actually interested, thank you for listening to my ted talk and I apologise for this long sporadic ramble. 😭
