Good news you all, I am starting to write a novel here's the prologue

For centuries, there has been a world hidden beyond the reach of ordinary people—a realm where reality bends to fate rather than choice. Once every full moon, the veil between the two worlds grows thin, and a single person is taken from Earth. No one knows who decides the chosen one, nor can anyone escape once their name has been marked.

Those who are taken are reborn into entirely new lives. They may awaken as a prince or princess, a duke or duchess, a commoner, a knight, a vampire, a werewolf, a shapeshifter, a skinwalker, or countless other beings. Along with their new identity comes extraordinary abilities unique to the role they've been given. Yet no one has any say in what they become. Their fate is chosen by an unseen force long before they ever cross the boundary.

Most never return.

The few who do are barely alive. Their bodies are broken, their eyes hollow, and their minds shattered beyond recognition. They wander the world like ghosts, unable to remember who they once were—not even their own names. Some cannot speak. Others scream at shadows only they can see. Before long, they die, leaving behind nothing but unanswered questions and terrifying stories.

"Jacks was abused and an abuser." If we're talking about Once Upon a Broken Heart, many readers interpret Jacks as having experienced trauma and also causing harm to others. That's a valid interpretation, though not every fan agrees on the extent. He got a curse, and he lost his love of his life, his bestfriends and his family! Bro, ofc he will have a trauma!?!?

"He could have chosen not to rape tella" Like when the hell did he? Seriously 😒, if you didn't like the character or the writer please don't read the book read anything about them.
