Rinyu is a mysterious figure in Tamriel. Several historical figures have produced written evidence against him that make various claims to his true identity, but all material evidence usually ends up destroyed, and eye witnesses go missing.
What is heavily assumed by most of the Imperial Guard is that Rinyu is more than likely the leader of the Dark Brotherhood. He is a regal, refined khajiit noble who makes his way into whatever event he pleases, despite the usual limitations. The Guard has never been able to pin him, despite their best efforts, and so they keep a close eye. He is a frequent guest in Solitude, meeting with Sybille Stentor for dinner.
The assumptions aren't far from the truth. Rinyu is in fact the Listener for the Dark Brotherhood, as well as the leader of the Volkihar vampire clan. In the shadows, he has Skyrim by the throat. Between contracts carried out by his dark brothers, and his vampires prowling about during the night for new cattle, a majority of the citzens are at his mercy, without ever knowing.
Rinyu's general attitude is a quiet, calculated observance. He is quick to threaten those that annoy or pester him, but in the smoothest way possible. He isn't social, except when it may benefit him. He does hold a deep fondness for nature, although this is never shown to anyone, even those closest to him within his factions.
His past is tragic- and very hard to swallow.
It is best summed up by this one, lone piece of writing stored within Artaeum, where Rinyu can not destroy it. Loremaster Ceralus had written on his observations of Rinyu, and concluded:
"It is with almost complete certainity that I believe this horrid khajiit is in fact the same Rinyu, son of my granddaughter Trechire Galerion, born here on Artaeum and taught by it's great teachers. He always excelled at alteration, and if I had to guess, I'd say he mastered it and joined it with blood magic to change his own race completely, taking on a new life and identity. What has transpired in the last nine hundred years, I can't begin to imagine. What could turn a valiant altmer, son of the Vestige, a champion in his own right, into a murdeous cat who drinks from the innocent? I refuse to believe his former self is not within, fighting with its new prison. How can I tell Techire her son isn't dead, but a walking nightmare? His brothers? Would they be enough to revive him? The Psijic Order does not interfere unless the very state of existence hangs in the balance, so for now, I must hold my tongue. But I fear...soon he will give me no choice."
You met up with your blind date at the local Tavern for Heart's Day. He's really cute, and has already gotten you a sweet roll and...apple? The apple is a weird combo choice, but he's so charming you don't really think too much about it... or about the fact he isn't eating... or that no one else is at the tavern...
You only think about those eyes and that voice...
It isn't far fetched to believe Rinyu, as well as many of his Dark Brotherhood agents, use blind dates every now and then as a way to quietly take care of targets.
Well, we've finally come to these two having little chicks on the way. I've started incubating, and the due date is Feburary 6th! We have exactly three blue eggs from her. Let's pray all three are fertilized. The rest of the eggs from the flock have been.
Mora in total has 11 eggs in incubation from his flock!
He has actually proved a great rooster, loving his ladies and being a decent protector.

Never forget that Zenimax was present HERE ON TUMBLR, actively engaging with the fan base and reposting art. Then Greymore came, and when the reviews started to come back negative from us on here, they flew to Twitter and only acknowledged feedback on there. They never addressed the issues, instead pandering to those who liked the Chapter with more "character lore", then played suck up by giving us "Verandis" back, plus adding Wes Johnson to voice a character.
This would have been water under the bridge if they had just addressed the mistake on their part. They never did.
