Alr time for another au I've seen in some fics but here is my take for it
In the hero hierarchy there are different types of heroes, there are a lot of hero types but for now I'll be doing one where it is important but is looked down
SO HERE WE ARE WE WILL BE DISCUSSING THE INTELLECTUAL HEROES
yes I will discuss the other types and draw some of the heroes in the other aus but this one has only one hero sooo
-The Intellectual hero are one of the lowest ranked heroes and only find info and find a way arrest villains without a fight. They are looked down on the world but no one knows how stressful this kind of work is. If you think being a daylight hero is bad enough, intellectual heroes rarely sleep thinking any break can affect the other heroes
Intellectual heroes do fight but not always, they mostly fight to protect their work and is the only hero that can kill without any bad happening to them, this rule was made by the Hero Commission cause of only having one intellectual hero but this rule will remain if another hero gets interested in the hero type
There used to be two intellectual heroes but he was moved to the daylight heroes when he was given the opportunity, so Nezu is currently the only intellectual hero in Japan. Nighteye used to be the other intellectual hero but decided to move when he became Allmight's sidekick
Nezu is stressed with his work. He was offered to work as a teacher in UA but instantly declined when Nighteye brought it up to the rodent, with Nezu saying "Do you want me to get busy managing human children and affect your success in missions?"
Nighteye would sometimes help Nezu with his work, Nighteye sometimes brings instincts he has into raids and heroes don't mind.
No one knows who Nezu is. Nezu is mostly secluded in his basement where his work is and Nighteye, his roommate would manage the rest like electric bills, taxes and such. People were allowed to enter the home especially when a party being hosted by Nighteye was held but only one rule must be followed... Do not enter the Basement...
Nezu does know how to fight, in fact Nezu's claws are one of the sharpest and can deal a very life threatening blow. Nezu in his past did battle training and before going to bed would sharpen his claws in the wall before going to sleep for the next day. Nezu mostly goes for the eyes, he can temporarily blind a villain thanks to the scientist injecting something into Nezu that can allow his claws to blind someone... Idk how that happens don't ask me just think its possible
Nighteye is aware of how Nezu fights and knows how Nezu can kill someone heck he gave up the privilege to kill but he knows that Nezu in both back legs is slow but is a very hard opponent to defeat when on all four. Nezu mostly fights like an animal... NO SHIT SHERLOCK, as mentioned his claws can kill easily but his bite IS 50/50.
Nezu will do anything to protect his work and will not hesitate to kill someone EVEN HEROES just to protect it
Nezu may be the only intellectual hero but HE does have an apprentice... no its not midoriya ITS TENYA IIDA HAHAHAHA BITCHHHH YOU ALL THOUGHT. Iida has talked with Nighteye about his previous type whenever they host the parties and got interested in becoming an Intellectual hero, he is in UA right now and still needs to go through the normal training but is immediately applying to become an intellectual hero and will do anything to become one. Nezu finds it intruiging and is looking forward to having help FUCKING FINALLY
Intellectual heroes in training go through a separate project to study and improve their intelligence, once their training is over they are to take a very hard exam to be their final test and to be decided if they are fit to be an intellectual hero or not
