I want to deactivate my account. Can anyone help me? I clicked on the help center link. It talks about deactivate my account, but no where on that page gives you the option to do so. Please help

Can anyone help me? I'm trying to deactivate my account, but I can't seem to find the page to do so.

I went to the help center and click on deactivate my account but it just talks about it, nowhere on that page gives you the option to delete it. Please help, because tumblr is not helping.
