END OF DAY 53 OF LIVEBLOGGING GUNNERKRIGG COURT. POOR SHADOW PEOPLE.

I think I’ll need soon a whole dictionary with cusses, profanities and swears to use for Coyote because right now I have a very limited vocabulary (since I don’t usually like to swear, I wasn’t interested to learn more than the ones I know). and someone like Coyote deserves a lot more original swears, nothing is enough for him. “sighs” This chapter started with a story about how Coyote abandoned people he created- the shadow people- and let them to reduce themselves at a shadow status and nothing else. They ceased to be three dimensional part-humans, they became shadows themselves (this is so sad, I feel pity for those shadow people, what a shitty fate their God gave them, screw that... arsebadger. Look, I’m starting to learn! “so proud of oneself”).

 Finally, a character I like, Jones. Hello, Jones! Antimony explains why she brought Shadow 2 to Jones instead to the Court (Jones is more trustfully now than Court and Coyote will be even in the last days of Universe). It turns out that Shadow 2 really like sweets, having a strong sweet shadow tooth (aww, I think that Shadow 2 is NOT an adult, but a child shadow person. He’s small and he likes sweets and he’s a little childish, so he must be a child. And Robot is like a good friend/father figure to him. Now I understand better). Jones gladly gave him the sweets that someone else gave them to her (thanks for clarification, Tom). Jones has also the good idea to bring Shadow 2 to the special class them ex-fairies and ex-animals study, because everyone will tolerate him there. We’re going to meet Red here and she’s going to have everyone try to guess her name and not even Jones will notice the obvious. This is going to be so AWESOME. I’ll continue with this chapter.

CHAPTER 36. RED GETS A NAME.

So far, only good chapters, except for two that I really didn’t liked: the one with Kat and Alistair (I so HATED the ending) and the one with little Antimony and the boy who set his house in fire, killing himself and his parents (I HATED the whole chapter). But so far I liked the other 33 chapters. The most chapters I liked were the ones with Zimmy as their central character (I so hope I’ll see more) and the chapters I like less where the ones with either Coyote or Psychopomps appeared. Do you know which chapter will be the WORST for me? The one featuring only Coyote and nobody else. Or even WORSE than this, the chapter featuring only Coyote AND Psychopomps without any other characters. Just them and them alone. That would be a nightmare, a chapter with only VERY unpleasant characters (at least for me). I’m cringing only when I’m thinking at this possibility (but still I’ll not skip it because it might be informative about the general plot. For information, I’m ready to torture myself with this kind of chapter, this is how extreme I can go sometimes).

Bonus chapter was all about Parley and Smitty getting kinky and making out in front of Parley’s friends. Making out quite a lot, I can tell. Alright, chapter 36, Red Get a Name. Miss you, you crazy, crazy ex-fairy, glad to see you again, hope that you’re a little more social now after such a long time spend at Gunnerkrigg Court, in the company of natural born humans. I’m thinking that once she’ll get a name, she’ll pull a Rumpelstiltskin to Antimony and Kat, trying to convince them to guess her name and they’ll fail all the time because Red’s name will be....RED (and they’ll never think at this possibility for shit and lulz). I’m convinced that she’ll still be called Red at the end of this chapter.

PARLEY, DON’T FEEL BAD, ITS NOT YOUR FAULT.

Antimony should feel bad, not you. Also, the God that she trusts should feel even worse, but he’ll never feel bad, no matter what he’ll do, that motherfucker! I’m so damn worried for Shadow 2, please, do something fast. They BIPED to Kat’s lab and the Robot confessed something that...I’m not impressed by it, but I’m ok with it, I guess. That he loves Shadow 2. I wonder how he loves his friend? As a friend, “brother”, boyfriend? Hmmm, he’s not very specific so I suppose he just...loves him. Ok, enough with Robot’s feelings. Let’s see what they’ll do to Shadow 2. Kat fixed Robot, giving him a new body (as I expected to happen) and Antimony dressed Shadow 2 as....in human clothes (as I didn’t expected to happen). Awwww, he looks like a child now, so cute! I’m so glad Shadow 2 is ok,  He has difficulties to walk in his new three dimensional body but Robot is there for him to take care of him and help him with his new life. Parley got really impressed by the friendship between Robot and a humanized Shadow 2 and hugged them both, crying. Parley is just the kind of girl I like and I’d love to have as a friend: strong, independent and fearless but in the same time sensible, romantic and funny, the best combination possible. The end of this chapter was so sweet. Nobody died and the relationship between Robot and Shadow 2 is weird indeed but also sweet, whatever they’d like to be. Also....fuck you, Coyote, you never cease to piss me off! NEVER! (what a &%*$#@$R%@& piece of &%$($#*^ character)

DAY 53 OF LIVEBLOGGING GUNNRKRIGG COURT. THAT ASSHOLE WHO LAUGHS ALL THE TIME. YOU KNOW HIM. SCREW HIM!

Chapter 35. Parley and Smitty Are in This One with Parley training before going to distract a ghost whose soul our heroes want to save. She fought with Robot and she managed to defeat him ONLY after she used plenty of BIPS to show him that he should never mess with a human. Great strategy, Parley, you showed him! You showed him everything! Antimony has the BEST IDEA ever to give Parley the Coyote’s tooth, both she and Kat explaining to the swordmaiden that the tooth dagger is very sharp, very, very sharp indeed. Parley takes the dagger, trying her best to ignore Coyote’s laughs (this asshole knows that she’s going to use it, right? Of course he knows and I’m sure he expects for someone’s head to fall in a moment of distraction from Parley). Well, something actually fell but they’re Robot’s members and half of his body. Which is not exactly bad as long as his CPU isn’t affected. Kat can simply install the CPU in another body and the Robot will be just fine. I’m actually VERY relieved that it wasn’t Andrew, Antimony or Kat in Robot’s place. Reynardine is also immortal so I’m not worried for him either. But...Shadow 2? It cuts Shadow 2 from the floor...You’re doing this on purpose, you bastard, I’m convinced you have great fun messing with everyone. Poor Shadow, he can’t survive if he’s not protected by someone’s shadow. Quick, everyone, make shadows for Shadow 2 (gosh, I so want now to kill Coyote and to give detention to Antimony for being reckless enough to trust something so dangerous).

END OF DAY 52 OF LIVEBLOGGING GUNNERKRIGG COURT. THE OLDER (AND EVEN YOUNG ONES) STUDENTS GIRLS ARE INCREDIBLE LUCKY THAT REYNARDINE IS NOT A HUMAN

And I mean, a real human, not just possessing human bodies. Cause they’ d be constantly sexual harassed by this little furry asshole (well, he’d not be a little furry anymore as a human, he’d only be a bigger asshole). He’ll be put in detention for life just to keep the girls safe from his dirty mind. Just look here, he’s starring at Andrew’s future husband wife and makes some dangerous comments about her but Andrew seems to not mind at all, even if he seems a little embarrassed.

It also turns out that Robot actually went EASY on Parley (I was sure he’s father and stronger than her, and NOT because he’s a man but because he’s a robot+ he has great fighting skills. And humans, as long as they’re not Sarah Connor, are not excellent into fighting with robots, and everyone know this). Still, Parley managed to defeat Robot by using some pretty dirty moves, like BIPING around him and BARGING him, otherwise (without her powers) she wouldn’t have beat him not even in 3 generations of robots lives, let’s be realistic here. So, she’s going to beat Jeanne up by teleporting around her and hitting her when she’ll expect the least? And Andrew will use his powers to make sure that every Parley’s hit will be efficient enough against the ghost? I think this will be the plan. I’ll continue this chapter.

DID I SAID ALREADY HOW MUCH I LOVE HOW KAT LOOKS LIKE WITH THAT FLOWER HEADBAND?

Oh, I forgot to say, sorry. But I’ll say now, she looks awesomely CUTE with that flower headband she wears, Also, Parley BIPED in her swordfight uniform and it seems like the future Mr. Parley can PREDICT when and where she BIPS and BAMS (and ZAPS, I must add). Hmm, future Mr. Parley’s powers seem to become stronger with each chapter where he appears. I can predict that during the last chapters, Andrew will become one of these guys who’ll tell, in a spur of moment, to Parley something like this: BOOM, you’re pregnant! and she’ll become pregnant right after he’ll finish saying it. And this will happen without any of them having to do any of those “embarrassing things.” Cause this is how Andrew rolls. Plus, it makes so much sense.

Ok, this is going how I expected to go. Parley is training with Robot in swordfight because she wants to confront Jeanne in order to distract her attention from what the others will do. Exactly how I supposed (and I said) that will happen. They’re going to save Jeanne and her elf? Hope that nobody and nothing will stop them from turning their wish into reality.

Parley and Robot started their training and it looks like Robot kind of holding back, because now way Parley would be able to beat up someone who’s strong enough to take down huge and dangerous robots. Jones and Eglamore will not have many problems with this but Parley...I have my doubts, ok?

AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR MY DEAR FOLLOWERS

When I’ll reach with my Gunnerkrigg liveblog at the currently story, I’ll not stop until the next chapter will be out, I’ll start another liveblog (preferably two in the same time- one day I post from one and the other day from another) until Tom will finish another chapter for my Gunnekrigg Liveblog. I would like to liveblog two other webcomics. One called Namesake (a friend recommended it to me and told me that is a bit similar with TV series Once Upon a Time- one of my favorite TV series btw) and the other one Guilded Age (a heroic fantasy webcomic involving 6 adventurers who fight in a world that is a mixture between Middle Age and Steampunk; this is what my friend told me about and she also warned me that is pretty violent/even gore at times. Hmm, I can stomach violence if there’s a purpose at the end of it and is not done completely  gratuitous; after all, another TV shows I love are Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead and nobody can’t say that they’re not violent shows). Ok, so, I’ll do liveblog for Namesake and Guilded Age after I’ll reach the last chapter of Gunnerkrigg Court that Tom wrote.

SOMETIMES I FEEL LIKE THE RULER OF THE DUMB PEOPLE. THIS IS HOW I FEEL NOW.

Because I didn’t noticed that the blonde short haired student is a GIRL (a tomboy or a transgender), not a boy as I supposed to be before Parley called them “ladies”. Or maybe is a boy who identifies himself as a girl, it can be both ways. Dumb, dumb, dumb, I’m dumb. Sorry. So, Parley pushed them away because, let’s be fair, they’re pretty annoying and taunting and she doesn’t have time for their bullshit and after she kissed her boyfriend, she BIPED away (as usual everytime when she shows her strong emotions towards her loverboy).

They finally gather together to do what they’re planning to do (also, the resident ladies expert, Reynardine, is with them, so everything will be fine), I’m a bit surprised to find out that Andrew is younger than Parley. Huh, I was under impression that they’re by the same age. Awesome, she’s taller than him, older, she’s possible even stronger than him physically (since she does swordfight) and she’s also the one who take most of the decision. I think I know who’ll be the man in their relationship, its not hard to see (especially since Andrew will be a great “housewife”. Hell, great, what I’m saying? Great isn’t enough for him. He’ll be...

DAY 52 OF LIVEBLOGGING GUNNERKRIGG COURT. CHAPTER 35. PARLEY AND SMITTY ARE IN THIS ONE.

After chapter 34, we got a bonus page involving William and Janet sleeping on a comfortable sofa and the other students pulling a prank on them (by making them- in their sleep- cuddling like they’re lovers- which THEY’RE). When they woke up, William especially appeared to be ridiculous pissed off because of the prank, still going with the “only friends” bullshit. Like someone will ever believe their (oh, so fake!) liars anymore. You’re BUSTED, loverbirds, you can’t hide your feelings anymore. But real, healthy and consensual love is something that should never be hidden so you have no reason at all to continue your non-sense game. Understand? Good, now let’s move to the next chapter.

I think I ALMOST know who’s going to be in this chapter. Hmmm, a young swordmaiden who creeps people around with her uncontrollable BIPS and a young gentleman with huge ass (but cute) eyebrows and a more or less annoying habit of doing people’s chores without them even having to ask for. I hope I’m not wrong.

Nope, I’m not wrong. Things are going in the same way. Antimony, Kat, Andrew and Parley+ Robot are planning something (maybe its related to Jeanne. I really hope that is related to Jeanne, I so want her to be finally happy with her lover). Parley is BIPPING the hell out around. There are two more characters (first time I saw them) who appears to be Parley’s friends. So, they’ll also be involved in the big plan of our heroes? What they can do?

END OF DAY 51 OF LIVEBLOGGING GUNNERKRIGG COURT. ANTIMONY FINALLY GOT TO SEE WHAT A REAL KISS MEANS.

Then, both William and Janet’s stories became a clusterfuck of shenanigans and nonsense things with stole gold, kidnapped spy horse, horse racing with car and so on. Wow, what a MESS. No wonder nobody believed you, guys. But it was a funny mess and I’m glad you two are so happy with each other. On the other said, Jack is still in love with Zimmy (dude, stay away from my favorite ship in this story, Zimmy/Gamma, if you don’t want to appear on my list with characters that I want to die. Take this as a warning. Anyway, I’m sure that Zimmy will kick his sorry ass if he’ll try something, but still. He should NOT try anything). Surprising, Antimony is teaching him about controlling his emotions, a thing that Antimony is not very good at (especially lately). Wow, first you need to control your emotions before telling to others to do the same, don’t you think, Antimony?

Everyone is already asleep, the night is over and Antimony asks Jack if he still want that kiss. Hmmm, Antimony, really, he already said that he likes Zimmy, that he only pretended to have a crush on you (in the same way you pretended to have a crush on him) and you still want to kiss him? You need to control your emotions, this chapter was not very good for you, Antimony. Still she did a cute thing at the end of the chapter, when she slept cuddling with Kat as her “double body” watched Bud communicating with his wife and telling her how the kids behaved. Then they kissed...

...and Antimony’s face was PRICELESS.

WILLIAM’S IMAGINATION IS PRETTY RICH. JANET’S IMAGINATION IS ALSO RICH.

Ok, now back to the happy group of Gunnerkrigg Court’s students, they’re singing and having fun (like all NORMAL teenagers) and William and Janet seem to be very affectionate with each other, despite being in the center of attention of everyone else. And when they FINALLY admitted their relationship, everyone is surprised like they didn’t even expected. If I were there, I’d have just laugh and congratulate them, telling them that I noticed what is between them pretty long time ago (it was very obvious, really, despite their efforts to hide it). Then William started telling a story about him being an undercover cop infiltrated into illegal street racing ring (lol, you must be a fan of The Fast and The Furious franchise, William. Well, I’m really impressed to find here a lot of movies that I like being mentioned. Also, that guy from William’s imagination panel looks like Vin Diesel. Good catch, Tom). OMG, Janet from William’s imagination looks so DAMN FINE! Tom, stop inserting so many hot men and women in this story because you’re distracting my attention from the plot lol.

But Janet “corrected” his imagination by inserting her own imagination. In her dreams, she rides a horse and meet William as a stable boy. And the atmosphere of this chapter becomes increasingly hot again. TOM, STOP, FOR THE NAME OF GOD, stop being so sinful and making your readers having sinful feeling. Its not cool, not cool at all.

ANTIMONY IS STARTING TO BECOME LIKE HER MOTHER...WHICH IS NOT EXACTLY GOOD.

Jack noticed that Antimony tricked him by pretending that she liked him. EXACTLY how Surma tricked Reynardine by pretending she loved him back (you know what, I’ll never ever forgive Surma for two things: playing with Reynardine’s feelings like this and tricking him and letting the Psychopomps to have their ways with her daughter, especially when she was so young. She wasn’t exactly such a good person and mother as she appeared to be, eh? I know, is pretty bad to talk like this about a dead person but...and there are the “buts”) And even worse, Antimony takes over her mother’s bad traits, which is clearly a worrying thing. But at least she feels sorry for what she’s doing, she’s aware that what she’s doing is not that good and she can apologize. This is promising, but please, Antimony, don’t go deeper into your mother’s dark side, don’t betray, don’t be a jerk, don’t lose your carrying and loyal side towards people,

After the two making peace, it turns out that Jack finds Jones a scary lady. I kinda agree with you here. She’s pretty scary (with all her seriousness and powers and mystery surrounding her), but she’s a great character anyway and I’d trust her ANYTIME and ANYWHERE over Coyote. On the other side, Coyote is more funny than scary, yet, I’d rather trust a weird and creepy looking man waiting for me in a very dark alley than him.

DAY 51 OF LIVEBLOGGING GUNNERKRIGG COURT. ZIMMY IS ONE DAMN PRETTY GIRL AND I’M NOT JOKING AT ALL.

Chapter 34. Faraway Morning, Back to Antimony’s anger and Jack’s obsession with Zimmy. But before, I have to mention something. I’ve received a message from someone (just to be clear, if they’re not anonymous messages I’ll NEVER say from who they’re because I don’t want other followers to have a bad impression about the messenger. I decided to protect messengers’ identity -when they’re less positive messages, of course. You’re free to send me any kind of message, I won’t mind and I’ll answer at each. Except for SPOILERS, of course, this is a big NO). Alright, so the message said that my liveblog tags are pretty non-sense and illogical because I usually tags characters who didn’t appeared in the panels I’m referring at. Well, yes, I admit this, they don’t appear in panels but they’re MENTIONED in other characters’ dialogue so I have to tag every character who appear both in person and in dialogue, this is how I roll. Tag everything, I’m a bit obsessed with tags, sorry about this. Ok, now back to Antimony’s inexplicable anger and Jack’s even more inexplicable obsession with Zimmy. Jack even tried to imagine how Zimmy would look like with her hair done and in a dress. I don’t agree that she’ll look that scary like she is in Jack’s imagination. With her hair nicely done, a pretty dress, a light makeup and a little more friendly behavior, I think she’ll be a very pretty girl. Not beautiful like Antimony or Gamma, but she’ll be pretty enough, I’m sure about this. She’ll be even more pretty than Parley and Janet.

END OF DAY 50 OF LIVEBLOGGING GUNNERKRIGG COURT

Ok, as much as I’d have loved to finish this chapter, its too long and its pretty late for me so I guess I’ll have to continue other day “sighs”. Antimony told to Jack that he has no chance to Zimmy’s heart because she’s together with Gamma (Jack, I’ll hate you if you’ll try to break these girls’ beautiful relationship. I’ll hate you almost as much as I hate Diego, I promise you). Jack motivated his love (I’m calling obsession rather than love) on those spiders who possessed him and who also loved Zimmy. This motivation sucks, I don’t buy it. Also, Antimony seemed to be still mad on Jack for what he did to her and Reynardine back at the Power Station, which shows something about her character: she’s a pretty unforgiving individual and can hold grudges. I actually don’t blame Jack knowing that he was mind controlled, but Antimony...she’s a little less understanding. Antimony also calls Zimmy a...deranged psychopath. Ok, I’ll stop here before getting really angry with Antimony’s behavior. How she allows herself to call a beautiful being like Zimmy a deranged psychopath? Antimony, wtf? I don’t understand you, I don’t agree with you (maybe unless she loved Jack and now she’s jealous but she didn’t so she doesn’t have not even this reason). Even since she came from the Forest, she freaking changed, I agree with Jack. She became a little more angry, let’s say this. “sighs” Antimony, I like you but I don’t like this behavior. Try to understand people around you and stop judging them, if you want them to not judge you either.

KAT/PAZ? SURE, WHY NOT?

Kat immediately tried to make poor Paz feel better using ever her own experience with Alistair as to convince her that she should not give up at finding someone who’ll love her back, despite the first disappointments.

WOW! I didn’t expected this! It seems like Paz also likes Kat and Kat might or might not like her back. Well, I don’t know exactly what to say, it took me by surprise, I don’t know Paz well enough, but she seems like a nice girl (she also loves animals and people who love animals have instantly a good heart, at least in my opinion) and maybe she’ll be a good girlfriend for Kat in the near future. (anyone who can make Kat happy is a character that I’m sure I’d like without reservations).

Jack and Antimony talk about Bud and his capacity to see them everywhere they are, then when they’re so close to kiss, Antimony announced Jack that she doesn’t like him. And he seemed quite relieved. WTF???? It seems like Jack doesn’t like Antimony either, he’s in love with Zimmy. Sorry to disappoint you, dude, but Zimmy already have a girlfriend, Gamma, and their relationship is PERFECT. You’ll never replace Gamma not even in a billion of lives.

THE MORTAL AND THE GODDESS

It is just me or Jack is becoming increasingly handsome with each page? Still not so handsome and student James Eglamore (you all know who, THAT GUY) but close enough. Wow, especially in this pose, I was sure that he’ll take his shirt. Antimony took her time to explain to Jack about her Blinker Stone and he decided to try it, to see if he has the power to control it. Lol, Margo seems to ship the hell out of Antimony and Jack, because she draws them together. She’s pretty good at drawing in the same manner she’s good at singing. She has all the talents. All of them. Ha, love how Paz is all over Matt and he seems so shy! But it seems like Matt likes another girl, a very beautiful asian girl that he personally meet, who looks identical with mythological Chang’e (the chinese moon goddess). She’s also obsessed with the moon, which confirms me who she’s. Please, Tom, confirm her identity, I can’t be beaten up at recognizing mythological figures, never.

I have such a big smile when he confirmed who the girl was, right on the page where she and Matt departed. HELL, YES! Well, I’m sorry for Matt, he can’t stop thinking at her. I’m sorry for Paz too, she liked him and she was so crushed, despite hiding her feelings under an embarrassed smile.

OLD LOVE, YOUNG LOVE

I admit, I’m a bit of a coward. Despite loving supernatural/magic, I’m also afraid of anything supernatural/magic and I’ll have a hard tome to grow some balls to confront it if something like this will ever happen to me. Quite contradictory, eh? Ok, so I find out that the evil spirits are not exactly evil, but some ancient lovers who died and became ghosts and they could only find their peace if new loves will sing to them the right song (both played correctly at mandolin and correctly sang). Since Margo has a good voice (a thing that Antimony sucks at, according to Tom) and John is a good singer with the mandolin, they put the spirits to rest and become an official couple. So romantic and nice, I liked this side story. So, we have 3 couples here: John/Margo for sure, William/Janet for sure even if they’ll never admit, :Paz is trying with Matt, and I don’t know what’s going on with Antimony and Jack. Poor Kat however, she seems to FOREVER ALONE “insert the famous meme here”.
