Tuesday.

People don't understand, even my own family, just getting out of bed was a triumph. Making it into the shower was an accomplishment. The battle is constant to keep moving forward with my day, just today - one day at a time. The ability to rise and live life is something many take for granted. Depression is crippling. It's real. Despite suffering from it for years, I still get gravely lost in the cycle of anxiety, worthlessness, anger and disappointment. Be kind and if you don't understand, keep listening.
