The one thing I have learned this year is to just do stuff even if my brain tells me it's too difficult/i don't have the skills/i am not smart enough. It started in the stupidest way possible with me playing hard mode logic puzzles when I thought I could barely do medium difficulty. And then it became reading the difficult books I thought I didn't have the skills to understand, and listening to video essays on topics I thought I could never understand, and teaching myself skills I thought I needed someone else to guide me through. And yes maybe I couldn't complete all the puzzles, or I needed half an hour more than what I usually did for other difficulties. And maybe I read the books slowly and reread passages multiple times, and I struggled at first with the new information I got on stuff I had never really looked into, and my first projects are full of mistakes. But at least I did it. Even if I don't get 100% on the new difficult thing it's okay, because even 1% is better than not trying at all, and doing 1% is better than to hide behind the idea that I am not smart enough to do something.

Walk more. Create » consume. Spend time with loved ones. Travel to new places. Experience the only life you have.
planning doesn’t have to feel stressful or rigid. instead of cramming everything in, focus on 3-5 main things that actually matter for the week. these are your priorities, and everything else can float around without pressure.
𓏲 ๋࣭ ࣪ ˖ use visuals — sticky notes, colored pens, or tiny doodles to make your planner playful and pretty!!
𓏲 ๋࣭ ࣪ ˖ mini-lists for each day — breaking bigger tasks into smaller steps makes everything feel achievable and less scary.
𓏲 ๋࣭ ࣪ ˖ add self-care moments — walks, face masks, journaling, coffee breaks, or yoga. little moments that feel good are just as important as deadlines or schoolwork.
consider using themes for your week. maybe one week is all about productivity, the next is creativity, the next is social or self-care focused. having a theme makes your week feel intentional but not rigid.
don’t forget that plans can change, and that’s totally okay. the goal isn’t perfection, it’s giving yourself a soft structure to move through the week with clarity and calm. each little step, even checking off a tiny task or enjoying a moment for yourself, adds up. by the end of the week, you’ll feel like you actually accomplished something without feeling stressed!!

to add, i saw a tiktok saying that they journal their saved tiktoks to beat doomscrolling. i also saw a comment saying they journal or write down their screenshots so they can delete them to clear up space. i found these to be good ideas for journaling.
this, this, this, this! i saw a similar tiktok and was baffled at how brilliant of an idea that was. i chronically save anything and everything on my socials but never take the time to go back through and see what inspired me and why i saved them in the first place, so i’m definitely going to add that to my own journaling routine. thank you so much for adding that! <3
