Walking around at night has been awesome this summer- have you guys ever seen a ten lined june beetle? They're like the size of a thumb
The Jaadugar anime is out LETS GOOOOOOOOO
My friend @subtlegazephotos makes collars and I modelled the ones I bought. They take commissions. Gender is also an accessory (not included with purchase). Anyway, the next AOS poster will be Idoneth, done sometime by the end of September. The Doors comic idea has a half done manuscript now!
LOOK AT THE FEATHERS
Probably gonna cosplay Hellen from Look Outside for Pax West, but I can't tell if she's wearing like a worksuit sorta like dickies or a sweat shirt/pants set
tag game: people you’d like to get to know
Thanks @uncomfortable-bodies for tagging me!
Last song: A Voice Born of Stone and Dust by Caladan Brood. I've been listening to a heavy rotation of Galloping Steeds by Tennger Calvary, Astraea's Dream by the Sword (and the whole warp album), Ixión Düün by Thy Catafalque, and the OST to Fire Emblem: Awakening (repping Divine Decree Ablaze and Don't Speak Her Name!)
————————-
Currently Watching: Long SCP videos on Youtube so I can be unsettled while I work. The Stillborn city was interesting- I like the Sarkic mythos- maybe this doesn't count as watching as much as listening though.. I also finished Spaced (Edgar Wright) for the first time, which I really liked. I also finished Platonic, which was painful to get through. Tongari Boshi has an anime!
————————-
Current Obsession: Gardening. I set up many vegetable boxes so I could be more sustainable and choosy with feeding my two iguanas, and after a successful harvest of komatsuna (highly recommend for calcium value that's easy on the kidneys) and arugula, I amended the soil and planted peppers, cucumbers, and tomatoes. We'll see how they do. Otherwise- tea. I love tea. I got a recent shipment of roasted oolongs and sundried black tea from Yunnan, and the next order will probably be trying out matcha from Ippodo. Previously I got it from Hibiki-an.
————————-
Currently Reading: I finished Invitation to a Beheading on @uncomfortable-bodies recommendation. In tandem I'm reading The Luzhin Defence (Another Nabokov, about an autist who plays chess and how the world interacts with him), The Promise of Pragmatism (John P Diggins) about American pragmatic philosphy, Spinoza's Ethics, and Survivor Type (Stephen King, because I heard a guy cannibalises his own body????). I love books, and also I love manga. I just finished Umi ga Hashiru End Roll (an elderly woman joins an art university after her husband dies, hoping to become a director after meeting a beautiful student who sparks her creative interest. It's not a romance, the student is heavily implied as ace/aro), and I'm continuing to enjoy Nikubami Honegishimi (Fox-eyed lady that writes for an occult magazine gets into Japanese flavored supernatural shenanigans with her grumpy psychic consultant/friend and then dies mysteriously. Her fox-eyed nephew wants to know why)
————————-
Currently Working on: I am off for two weeks so I'm just bewildered by time- but I plan to get a short comic idea out about a main character that goes through doors and interacts with the past as people they've had conflict with. Other than that, I work on indie games as a background artist. Currently saving to take off an entire year to work on comics and personal art.
————————-
Currently wearing: A big shirt with sleeves cut off for maximum airflow. Want a ticket to the gun show? Sold out ————————-
Last google search: "Tendon hurt, wrist feels crunchy, can I keep armwrestling?". I went to practice anyway. Surprisingly it doesn't hurt but now my shoulder does. I am weak.
————————-
Favorite Flower: Rather than a flower, I found a favorite scented plant: Kudos Ambrosia Agastache. Hummingbirds like it (primary advantage) and it smells like lemony, complex mint, but is sterile so it won't regrow when it dies in the winter (rude). Being asked my favorite flower makes me forget every flower I've ever seen, but remember that there is a committee for judging the beauty of roses. Do floral beauty standards change depending on the species? Is there a committee for all of them? Do they have Beauty-Offs like Battlebots?

Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk, or like is it a Ted Talk? It's not educational. Thank you for coming to my idol intro profile I am blood type B+, star sign Cancer, height 5"10, Weight: ~ secret ~ (230lbs)
I'm not sure who to tag, maybe you can do this and tag me and I'll get to know you?
God please can I be done with this page please free me
Officially off for two weeks to d o c o m i c s it's weird to have free time
Also the next poster for the next upcoming AOS event will be Idoneth (pixels) or a cogfort conversion (b&w inks)
A student recently did a their Goeblins thesis on Nicolo Paganini but I insist he was my crush first. DUEL ME
Pretty sure I use this dramatic kind of page layout more often than is impactful but I can’t help myself its so fun to draw…
Everyone should look at this as much as possible. LOOK AT THE HAIR
It would be so cool to have time to do things ughhhhh Time management ughhhhh ughhhh
Depression A sketch from like 4 years ago Hoping to have a comic update soon
She has learned that if she jumps at lights, parent will rush to take her out to prevent it from happening
The future will be a securely welded fixture with a heat sink
Trying to make time for a short comic idea about doors that appear at different parts in a character's life that they have to go through and experience another perspective on a conflict they've had in the past. They have to do this while maintaining their own sense of self unless the succumb to something that can follow them back through the doors Here's a look at the main character. Hopefully I'll have some pages soon
Weird old sketches I found
Hand healed and I immediately put it through this.
Color version tomorrow if I wake up on time (unlikely).
