I have been suffering years with depression and anxiety. Its been a big struggle but medication and therapy have been helping a ton. I put a lot of pressure on myself and am so mean to myself.

This postcard project was me sending myself positive messages but also as a way to experiment with hand drawn type. Some of these I don’t think are very good, but I’m trying to let go.
