Zoloft follow up with Dr. Selassie moved forward because of joint pain. Was taken off 150mg zoloft cold turkey.

June

Urgent care - joint pain, low fevers. Blood test for lyme, negative. Other blood panels flagged for autoimmune issues.

Selassie - follow up urgent care, see a specialist

West chester hospital - headache, CT scan, went home

Selassie- headache, "sinus infection"

July

14th-16th hospital admittance

14th had new pcp appointment at lg health Parkesburg. Explained my joint pain systems and previous doctor visits. New pain in the side. Recommended to go to er.

Hesitation but later went to er. Side pain was actually blood clots. Another blood clot found in leg. Admitted to hospital. Put on Heperin drip to manage blood thickness thinness for clots.

Put on blood thinners and steroids for discharge.

18th-20th 2nd hospital admittance

High fevers, 104.8 Sunday morning. Went back to er. No new diagnosis, lots of blood work for rheumatology issues.

23rd

Follow up appointment with pcp. Horrible headaches. New medication given. Seems to help.
