“Racism” is not a thing
“Racism” as a general term is used to refer to prejudice or discrimination, either against another race, or in favor of one’s own race.
But there is already a phrase that encompasses such behavior. It is a term used to describe the same type of behavior observed by both humans as well as animals: In-group preference or in-group bias.
In-group bias is a natural phenomenon observed and confirmed through experimentation in both humans and animals. Put simply, it is a bias in favor of those in one’s own group over those outside the group.
“Racism” as we call it today, is merely one form of in-group bias, and it is perfectly natural and healthy for any and all groups to practice it.
What is not healthy, is the forced interaction and integration of groups which would naturally prefer to remain separate and to not cooperate with one another. This creates tension and breeds hostility between the groups. Where there would otherwise be mere aversion, there is instead explicit violence. It reduces one’s trust in their neighbors, leading to a breakdown of communities, and with the breakdown of communities comes the loss of societal cohesion.
The races naturally prefer to be separate from one another. Asians prefer to be around other Asians, Africans around other Africans, Europeans around other Europeans, and so on down to the point where even individual African tribes prefer their own tribe members over other tribe members.
This is not some horrific evil. It is a natural evolutionary phenomenon. Treat it as such.
