“...?” Leo glances over, rubbing at his arm. “Good morning to you too, Raph.”

Don't mind one little brother, he's just going to sit and tap at the keel of his big brother's shell with the flat of his eku like a brat.

Leo’s just going to stand there, trying not to react, but his face scrunched up more and more the longer this went on.

“...Can I help you, Don?” He tried keeping his tone level, but a hint of irritation managed to slip by.

Cue a little siamese kitten pouncing on Leo from behind, and the sounds of a certain Cooper thief’s voice turning into a chuckle as Pearly pitter pattered her paw beans against his shell, “Leo! You’re back! You’re back! You’re back-!”

“H- hey!” Leo stumbled a few steps as he felt the sudden weight on his shell. After he manage to regain his balance, he glanced over his shoulder with a crooked smile.

“Y- yeah, heh, I’m back. Good to see you, Pearly.”

Slowly but surely as they spent more time together, Aiden was getting used to being open and more affectionate with Leo, sitting with him as he was pulled closer, while shyly cuddling close as soon as he was comfortable. 

“What are you reading?” He mumbled, hoping Leo wouldn’t hear the soft churring that started to rumble in his throat.

As much as Aiden didn’t want him to hear them, it was hard for Leo not to pick up on their churrs, not making a comment, but churred back in response. 

“Just browsing through some articles. Raph and Mikey took over the arcade, so I’m just killing time.” Resting his cheek against the top of Aiden’s head, Leo flipped the page. “You look pretty bored yourself. No plans?”
