Our house is being put up for auction, and weāre unable to cover the remaining payments. Both of my parents have been laid off for over a year now, and despite trying endlessly to find jobs, they havenāt received any callbacks or offers. Itās been incredibly scary these past few months.
Weāve been struggling to get by our day to day lives. I've had to sell my school textbooks, my laptop, and even my dad's phone ā but it still hasnāt been enough to cover daily needs. I can see how hard this has been on my parents, and I want to do what I can to support them. Thatās why Iām opening art commissions, gotta make my talent useful yk?
