I am on a mission by myself, for myself. To take on a diet and exercise regiment and LOVE myself through it. What does that mean? It means I will embrace the suck. the hard. the excuses. the joy. the accomplishment. the drive. the journey. No one is perfect, let me tell you I am far from it, especially when it comes to my own health and fitness. I always want instant results, I'm working hard, I deserve them. Right? I must embrace each small change, my mood, my clothing fitting different, my finishing each workout, my eating a dang strawberry instead of a Cadbury Cream Egg (Easter guilty pleasure). Why am I telling you all this? Well it is because even though I am doing all of this for ME, I still need YOU! Staying accountable is hard. As you know I "disappear" often from here. That is my way of avoiding holding myself accountable. It stinks and I don't like that I let my excuses get the better of me like a lot. I need YOU to keep me coming on here. So I can be imperfect and share my journey with you. I am starting a BODi super block on March 6th called "For Beginners Only" I am really excited about this, the super trainer is named Lacee Green, she is a relatively new trainer and I adore her!
