Remember to always ask ICE officers to identify themselves. Ask to see their ID, then ask them to lower their masks so you can verify.

If at any time they don’t comply, call 911 and tell them that there are some masked guys impersonating federal agents.

This is doubly so when they are making an arrest: When an agent is making an arrest, they must identify themselves and present their credentials, such as a badge and ID. This ensures the individual being arrested knows they are being apprehended by a legitimate law enforcement officer.

Note that they are not conducting an undercover investigation if they are saying they are federal agents, thus they cannot apply those protections.

One of the most important points is that ICE doesn’t care about their status. All they care is if someone looks Mexican. These are purely racist sweeps.Tthere are people with green cards, hell there are American Citizens that were born in the US that have been hauled off because of the colour of their skin. If they are lucky they spend a few weeks living like an animal in a cage and are let go. Much more often they are sent to another country. When the courts have ordered the administration to return these AMERICAN CITIZENS who were detained illegally to the US, the administration and ICE just ignore the orders.

ICE and Trump are the real criminals.
