Chapter 1 || New beginnings
Chapter Content. — bad language, and potentially ooc characters.

“Okay, I’m sleepy, chat. I’m gonna call it a day here, thank you all for joining and watching! All of you are truly appreciated as always. Byebye and goodnight!!” I say to my viewers, turning the stream window to the goodbye one and turning off the stream. I proceed to let out a sigh, turning on my phone and opening insta to talk to my best buddy, Lown. Weird name I know, that’s what I first said to him too.
‘Well, that was total failure. Anyway, I should sleep,’ I thought to myself.
After a bit of staring up at my ceiling, I couldn’t handle not being able to fall asleep. And so I got up and went to my desk, opening one of the drawers and pulling out my diary.
‘Dear Diary,
It’s (Y/N). I just finished a stream and.. I can’t sleep for the life of me. I sorta wanna text lown, but I feel like he’s asleep by now. Maybe I should just play Genshin to see if I’ll fall asleep.
Talking about Genshin, I’m going to college tomorrow. Unironically, and weirdly, it’s named Teyvat Akademiya. How weird, well, I’m not gonna complain. They accepted me fairly easily.’
I let out a deep sigh, honestly about to fall asleep right here and now. And.. I do.
By the time morning comes and the sun rises, my alarm clock goes off as well. I then proceed to smack the alarm clock’s top part to silence it. Which works, but hurt my hand.
I then get up, realizing I fell asleep on my desk. “Fuck, what time is it.” I say in a panic, opening my phone to see that it’s already 7AM.
Of course, I begin to get ready; taking a short, fast shower, eating breakfast made by the housekeeper my parents dropped at my house when I turned 18, and brushing my teeth.
Right after preparing, I debate whether I should lay back down.. which was put to a halt by a doorbell ringing throughout the house. I check the time and realize that it’s already been an hour.
“AGH, goddamn it I wanted to lay down. COMING!!” I say, yelling out the last word and running down the stairs and outside of the mansion.
As I leave the mansion, I get greeted by a tall man.
“Hi, sir.. uh.”
“Gonzalez.”
“RIGHT. Sir Gonzales… right, anyway! Let’s go. My mom told you where my college is, right?” I say, a wide smile on my face with pure hope that I don’t have to do the guiding.
“Yes, Mrs. (L/N) made sure I remembered.” He replied, almost worryingly.
“No comment, praying for your safety though.” I sigh out, getting in the Mercedes.
After 10 minutes of driving, we finally arrived, and goodness, the school was MASSIVE.
I get out of the car and went to the back of it, where the trunk was. I proceed to open it, lifting it up and grabbing my luggage, placing it down on the ground on its wheels.
Then, I turn around, turning on my phone and searching for the text that included my assigned dorm room.
It wasn’t long till I found it, also wasn’t long until someone bumped into me.
“Ah.. I’m so sorry!!!! I truly didn’t mean to, I wasn’t looking..!” Said an orangey blonde haired lady.
“Its okay,” I reply. “No need to apologize so much.” I smile at her, realizing how similar she looks to Naganohara Yoimiya from Genshin.
She then replied to me with an introduction of her and the three others that were with her. Naganohara Yoimiya, Kamisato Ayaka, Lumine, and Aether. That’s totally weird, they’re named after Genshin characters. Without realizing, I give them a long, “are you serious?” stare without realizing.
”Uh..”
”Why are you staring at us like that?”
”No reason, sorry. Uhm, I’m (Y/N). Nice to meet you all!” I say, exclaiming the last part out.
”Nice to meet you too, (Y/N)!!” Yoimiya replies, adding to it with, “I noticed you’ve got a luggage, are you a new here? We can show you around and to the dorms!”
”Oh, yes, I am new, and that would be very appreciated!” I respond cheerfully.
After that conversation, they lead me around the campus, eventually stopping by at the dorms and asking the registrar for my dorm room, in which, was room 11583, a room on the 11th floor.. ‘FUCK.’ was the only thing in my head after hearing the floor it was on.
Afterwards, we bid farewell, going separate ways as I go to the elevator, and they each head out to their classes. Thankfully! I didn’t have class for the next 40 minutes! Though this seemed like a good thing at first, I realized that it really wasn’t when I unlocked and opened the door to my dorm.
“Holy fucking shit.”
’THERE’S A GUY. IN MY DORM. THIS IS POSSIBLE???’ I thought, staring at him with my mouth agape.
He, probably just now, realizes that the door is wide open, indicating a person at the other side of it. “Oh, Hi.”
‘FUCK DOES HE MEAN OH HI?!?!’
If only I had the balls to even speak up my thoughts. I unfortunately don’t, physically and psychologically.
”Hi.” was all I could say, entering the room and bringing my luggage in.
”Uh… where’s my room?” I ask him, only for it to be answered with something so FAR OFF.
”Not even gonna ask for my name, pretty?” He said.
”I will strangle you.”
Thankfully, but unfortunately, I don’t. That aside, I enter the only other room in the dorm, the other being a bathroom. I proceed to unpack, basically claiming the bedroom as mine. Though, the bed has what seemed to be his pillow, so I throw that shit off.
”Did you just fucking throw my pillow off?” He says, making me jump.
”HOLY SHIT, DON’T DO THAT.” I sigh out, loudly.
”What, did I scare you?” He chuckles, CHUCKLES.
”Doesn’t matter. You’re sleeping on the couch.”
”Sure.”
’Sure???? HE AGREED??’ I scowl, thinking this is a joke of his.
”What, you think I’m joking? C’mon girl, why would I let such a beauty sleep on a couch?” He says, brows twisting upwards and a hot ass smirk make it’s way onto his lips.
”I don’t even know your name.”
”Lohen.”
”(Y/N). Now LEAVE.”
With that occurrence done, I finally finish unpacking. Goodness was it hard.
I then get on the bed, laying on my stomach and kicking my feet behind me, hopping on my phone to text my new friendgroup.
“Ah, whatever.” I sigh out, turning around in bed and laying flat on my back.
I considered whether I should sleep, I mean, I don’t have class today since I was lucky enough to be one of those students that don’t have class on their first day of college!!
I then mentally debated on sleeping or not, that in which, I chose sleep ! Of course.
Meanwhile with Lohen, he’s currently sitting on the couch, watching tv peacefully.. until the front door opened wide, causing Lohen to look back, only to find his friends.
Ajax, Mika, Scaramouche, and Illuga. Well, that’s not all of his friends but, it’s a Monday so.
”The fuck are you all doing here?” said Lohen, only to receive probably the dumbest reply he’s ever heard from Ajax.
”YOU’RE SHARING A DORM WITH A GIRL???”
”…Yes??” Lohen said in a questioning tone. “Do you guys not?”
”NO??? nobody has a mixed-gender dorm.. How did you do it.” Ajax responds, adding a small, “I could’ve been sharing a dorm room with Lumine..”
After that abrupt entrance, the four guys entered the room. “What are all of you doing here anyway? It’s a Monday. I at least have the my day blank.”
”It’s free period for us, Albedo and Durin are in class tho.” said Scaramouche, it’s surprising how he even knows that those two are in class despite how he always says they’re “not friends.”
”We got dragged here by Childe..” Mika says. “It also took me abac—”
”Is the girl hot.”
”The fuck?”
”Yes.”
”THE FUCK??”
