Funny Thing Happened Today...

I was at my school science fair, presenting my project, and my Spanish teacher is like, "Hey, let me judge your project." Her little daughter is crawling on the floor in the background, meowing, and I'm like, "ok sure". Next thing I know, I'm "presenting" my project in Spanish with my friend, who takes French, awkwardly standing off to the side. It was a struggle, but I didn't do that bad.

My Spanish teacher hated on our project though. She said, and I quote, "You guys didn't really pick a topic that would win..."

Crying Silently

A child that is allowed to scream and cry out in the local Walmart while his mom takes it, never learns to shut up. But a child with a mother who does not take that shit and beats his ass, learns to cry silently. Which is worse, I don't know. I learned to cry silently, well, as silently as I could, and I've never felt so alone.
