I just finished reading Children of the Black Sun by Jo Spurrier and OH MY GODDDDDDD. My Jinx stans who like to read, go read this now, you will love Sirri but you will especially love my boy Rasten. He's just a little guy who's also ten different traumas and illnesses in a trench coat. I still don't think I caught him properly here, but I cant spend another two weeks on this, tis eating me

Myth day of Timebomb week 2. I couldn't find a myth I liked, but I mashed together tropes of Prince As Bird and Self Sacrifice. Ekko was transformed into an owl, someone shot at him but Jinx took the arrows. Her love has turned him human, and he'll go on a quest to resurrect her
