ok ok, here i am again. Guess i was away from my fitness blogging for almost a 1 year. what is not that bad, because all this time i kept training hard. LOL

ITs kinda good that i saw this pic, cuz i was looking for some inspiration, what help me to change my every-day-working-out-routine. And hey! I like this one. Going to try this tomorrow.
