said i wasn't going to do it, but after two years on the same blog. it's time for me to move on to a fresh dash and new blog. i will be working more over there, and im also in discord. i have the carrd at least done for the most oart etc. im still working on other things. but i think a new and clean dash will help me with my issues about logging into tumblr.

i’m really hoping to see an uptick in jp muses and ocs with the new trailer and movie coming out. is it too soon to add dr. henry loomis to my muse list? xD but also alan is over here like hello. make muses.

woke up to the new jp trailer and have spent all morning on x talking about it with others and some paleontologists. it was amazing. i could do without the weird sauropod xenomorph hybrid but. THEY ARE DOING THE RIVER RAFT SCENE FROM THE BOOK. Also i already want to write Henry Loomis >.>. he’s amazing already. and the titanosaur and spino. don’t get me started. i can’t wait for july.

also added a couple of muses. indiana jones and my own variation of Hades. i plan on adding a couple of more and trust me when the new jp comes out you’re going to see dr. henry loomis here lol. but aside from that i’ve been working on the muse list. dropping muses i hardly used and adding some in. i’lol be adding some more once this migraine goes away.

back and forth, the animal paced. agitation present in the quickened breath blowing a plume of steam from its nostrils. though harmless to them, the hadrosaur was dangerous in weight. weighing anywhere from fifteen thousand to eighteen thousand, an agitated quick step would cause serious harm to either of them or their staff. getting it off of the remnants of sorna was no easy task. the retrieval team had been hunted, stalked and watched from the jungles that surrounded long forgotten facilities. it’s enclosure, produced to match its prehistoric conditions and environment, was waiting for the hadrosaur—however they couldn’t release it into the herd with its current state. his gaze is torn away from the animal, settling on ellie.

“a caged animal is a dangerous creature.”

a lesson hammond should have learned long before he decided to play the role of god and return the dinosaurs to the world of the living. returning them to a world that wasn’t designed for them—until now. “our only option is to tranq her , then move her into the hadrosaur paddock with the herd. being surrounded by the proper environment and with their numbers, should calm her down enough that she will integrate with the herd just fine.” 

the contact on first arrival was limited, but in the hadrosaur’s case, they had little choice. alan knew, if she became too stressed they would have disastrous consequences. with the sanctuary coming together perfectly, the change in the animal behavior was… interesting. they were calm, all of their needs met and not used for amusement and money. they were not given a choice to be where they were. all they could do was try to make it easier on them. 

“if you want to get her set up, i’ll get the transport ready to take her to paddock thiry-two. wasn’t there a few hatchlings in the incubation lab ready to be released into the herd? The remainder of the clutch from nublar?” he questions, remembering they had several clutches from the old facility lab hammond left behind after his demise. “gregory mentioned it earlier after vetting the new pilot.”

paperwork in hand, he looks it over. “vets are needed in paddock fourteen. one of the parasaurs is lethargic.”  he rubs his temple briefly. “we will also need to head back to the mainland soon. we have that lecture coming up at the university.”
