NEW LW NEW LW… it may just be a pound but i’ve been relapsing for not even a week and i’ve gotten rid of all my water weight >.< and anything i could’ve gained while in recovery!!!! this new weight is even lower than the weight i had my last day before recovery 😆😆that being said, can’t wait to get out of 190’s prison… 4 more pounds to go smh
I have to say, as someone who struggled w b1nging being in recovery and focusing on that for a month SERIOUSLY helped. I’m legit restricting at 650 and I’m able to listen to my hunger cues sm better now.. probably because I’m prioritizing fiber and protein a LOT but honestly it’s been a breeze so far :)

can’t tell if the hunger suppressants are working or if I’m just too depressed to eat😭
dinner 2nite (363kcal) plus I alr ate like half LOL wasn’t too hungry today not sure if I’ll finish it.. breakfast was 100g oats with some sugar free syrup and some celery n yogurt dip >.< daily cals are 595 for today (gonna eat a sugar free pudding too)
⭐️ving is getting easier … kinda creepy
I just need to get thinner. so many of my issues are gone now that I lost almost 40 lbs. it needs to be 50. It needs to be 60. I’m fucking struggling with the shame tho.. shame if I eat, shame if I don’t. (Might as well not eat then!) but I no longer get that superior feeling :/
