so i’ve been struggling a lot since my pulmonary embolism with just walking around and standing up. it leaves me so exhausted and shaken and terrible, I can’t take a shower without having to sit down afterwards and recover (leading to me not showering as often as i should).

my therapist recommended getting a scooter to help me, since I was complaining about having to go on a trip this winter with my family. Of course, those are very expensive and hard to take places. So my friend suggested getting a walker (they have one themselves). And it just got here, and I’m so excited to see if it helps me!
