Invite reads as follows:

You are cordially invited to the wedding of William Gagnon and Ariel Atlantica on May 12, 2018.

Ceremony begins at 12 noon, followed by a reception at 4 p.m. with catered food and full service bar. Please RSVP for a portkey that will take you to the Atlantica residence at the proper time.

Enclosed with the invitation is an RSVP card with dinner preferences and space for additional guest name(s) the invitee will be bringing along as well as a card promoting a business-casual like dress code as most of the ceremony will be taking place on the beach and there will be a beach bonfire happening during the reception. 

(ooc note: basically every magical person is invited to the wedding, so if you have a babe that wants a thread with her before, during, or at the end of the wedding, we can totally do that)

Ariel couldn’t imagine her wedding without her sisters right there beside her, but she didn’t really want one of them to feel more favored than the other, so asking them all the same question made the most sense. So Ariel put together cute little boxes together and left them each on her sister’s beds in the morning before her classes. 

Aqua raised a brow as she saw the box, and let out the longest groan of her life as she opened it and saw it was more wedding stuff. One, she didn’t approve of Ariel marrying so young - and two, she hated bridesmaid dresses. 

Aqua: Y’all need to stop getting married. 

Aqua: but yes. Love you.

Ariel rolled her eyes at Aquata’s texts and shot her back a quick response.

Attina saw the box when she got home from checking in on Luca. She opened it with a smile and quickly texted her sister back.

Attina: Got your package. Are you sure you want me? I’m going to be a house by the time you get married!

Attina: But either way, yes.

Attina: love you.

Ariel smiled at her phone and laughed lightly before texting back quickly. 

Ariel: Of course I do! You have to be there, and I’m sure the babies would love a party. Love you too <3

Ariel was nervous about this one, but she didn’t trust anyone else to stand right next to her on her big day. So carefully, she packed everything in the box and dropped it in front of Mona’s room, knocking quietly before running off and hoping the other girl was in the room at the time.

Meet: William Gagnon - Fiance || FC: Zach Roerig

Before their engagement, William and Ariel had only seen each other in the halls a few times and had spoken to each other even less. Their first full conversation happened when they were being formally introduced before he proposed to her. He’s pleasant enough, but rather standoffish. They don’t consider themselves even really friends yet, but they’re getting there. They put on a good show in front of other people, but both of them know their hearts aren’t in it. Attina insists they’re the perfect match, but Ariel just isn’t convinced. Still, she’s willing to go through with it.
