Shout out to all my peeps with BFRBs and other associated tics and stims that involve touching your face, all this COVID-19 stuff and talk about not touching your face is probably really stressful and if you’re like me the stress is just making it worse. We will get through this!

Feeling pretty down tonight & like flashing back to all the times when people have been assholes to me & it's any wonder why I'm so avoidant now days of any & all relationships. I just feel like a giant/ugly/unlovable waste of space.
