I feel more lost now happy and living life than I ever did suicidal and depressed. I don't know what to do with my life or where it's going. I live day to day working and raising a child I probably shouldn’t even be raising. Most days I feel like I am the worst thing to ever happen to that little boy. I wish I could keep growing and getting stronger but this is beginning to make me feel more empty than I ever did, to begin with. How do people go from living a life full of just sadness, getting healthy but still feeling like they would rather die inside than feel like this anymore?

Love the moon lamp. My girlfriend got me one for my birthday & it’s beautiful. Highly recommend it. So pretty & relaxing. It can be the white moon like shown or a harvest orange.

Being a mom with depression is hard.

It’s really hard taking care of another person when you’re so consumed with sadness. Most days I can barely get out of bed, I do it so I know he eats. I do it so I know he’s getting out the energy he needs too. But most days I can barely bathe myself let alone pull out the toys and bubbles so he can have just a little more fun.
