She slowly opened her eyes and they widened at the sight of the small bump on his stomach. She slowly put her hand on top of it and looked up at him. “Darling, is this what I think it is?”

“I think so, but I honestly don’t know… If you think waiting would be best for us, then let’s do it.” He couldn’t make a choice, and he didn’t want to be making a choice the day before when friends and family had already flown in to be at the wedding.

She took a deep breath and she sighed deeply. “Don’t worry darling, we will still have the wedding and then afterwards you will have the baby, alright?”

No other thoughts came into his mind, for the first time in a long time he felt rather calm, despite the circumstances.

He put the camera up to eye level and make sure that the flash was off and that auto-focus was on.

He snapped anywhere from 10 to 15 pictures of Courfeyrac and their child.

“He’s literally perfect.” he sighed after Marius took the pictures. Courf stood and went over to press a kiss to Marius’ head.
