Brandi is a Pittsburgh native turned Jersey girl who found peace on her mat. She fell deeply in love with her practice, and even more in love with the yoga philosophy. She jumped right into her yoga journey becoming a studio assistant at Honor Yoga, practicing at the studio, and enrolling in the 200 YTT program. Students in Brandi's class will be guided in a practice focused on breath and movement. Options to modify and to rest when needed will be given.
