As you focus on a thought, it further tunes your vibration. Thought is just the switch that we use to go from one energy vibration (reality) to another.

Your spiritual journey (some of you call this life) is to embrace yourself as you decrease the distortion and the illusion of separation between your individual consciousness and the One consciousness.
Give yourself permission to release the pain...

Everything is already done...just believe that it is...
You create your reality from what you are vibrating on the inside.
Stop praying. ..
You don't really receive anything. If done properly, prayer only puts You in the right vibration to create that which you are praying for. Wether by default or on purpose....you are always co-creating your existence with existence. All the time. *Many of you who read this... will find yourself resisting this idea....but what if it's true?
Feel good when you are feeling bad about something. Why? Because when a circumstance occurs and you feel bad about it....that bad feeling is just your Higher Self telling you that you are contracting and responding to that circumstance in a way that is not in alignment with your higher self. Remember circumstances don't matter...only your state of being matters. You directly and indirectly create circumstances in your life.
You don't actually receive anything. You don't actually attract anything. That's all myth...there is no law of attraction. You only create. You create the experiences that facilitate your chosen life theme. You are only co-creating with existence all the time. You create by default (asleep) or on purpose (awake). You choose.
Believe...
You have as much control over your life...as you Believe that you do.
