A year ago this week, I completed my yoga teacher training with this wonderful group of people in the amazing setting of @blueosa, Costa Rica. If I could go back to that moment, I would in a heart beat. It was one of the best and enlightening times of my life. So much love and memories. ❤️ (at Blue Osa)

Throw back to four weeks ago in France, the moon was full, we were staying in the mountains and I was loving 'Moonology' by @moonologydotcom. I've alway found myself drawn to the moon and found this book really interesting. 'Moonology' shows you how to work with the lunar energies to super-power your wishes and dreams. Yesterday's reading, at the close of yoga practice was this beautiful quote by Scott Stabile. By doing something every day, it develops into a habit. Our habit could help contribute to do our part to change the world, however big or small - start with gratitude, acceptance and kindness for ourselves and then let it grow. (at Sweaty Betty)

There was such an awesome energy and everyone was incredibly willing to take part in all sections of the practice - including the intense ab work!!!! Had an unforgettable time with the wonderful and gorgeous Emily (@embycollins) on Friday and Saturday. A lovely dinner and so many drinks, Em hosted a fun night in Kings Cross and I got to spend the night on her homely narrow boat. The morning started slowly, but after a yummy vegan brunch @mildredsrestaurant, I was starting to feel like myself again. Roll on the rest of the weekend. 🙌🏼 (at Kings Cross)

Yesterday I spent the day helping set up the newest store addition to the @sweatybetty family - welcome to the brand new Reigate store. It's beautiful and spacious, with an amazing studio downstairs too. If you're in the area, make sure you go in and say hi and maybe buy an item or two. 🙌🏼 (at Sweaty Betty Reigate)

Yesterday afternoon was spent in nature, walking and taking in the beautiful Autumn sights of Elstead Moat. Autumn days like this are my favourite, the sun is shining, the landscape is changing colour and the air has a slight chill. 🌤🍂 (at Elstead Moat, Thursley)

A beautiful new moon manifestation yoga practice this morning, with this amazing group of women. We set a group intention for the class of 'I am blessed' and kept coming back to this during the practice, feeling the positive energy through everyone in the room. Todays practice of manifesting on the new moon, has set everyone up for the day, week and month ahead. (at Sweaty Betty)

The crossfit studio was quiet last night, at @in2trainingfarnham following a beautiful Vinyasa moon flow class with @nazbyoga. Which meant it was the perfect time to have a little play on the gymnastics rings. I need to gain control of the rings to stop them swinging so much, but it was fun and I was upside down - what's not to love. ❤️

Today's reading, at the close of yoga practice was 'The goal of yoga'. A beautiful quote to always come back to by @yoga_girl. Often we find ourselves comparing where we are in our practice with others. Wanting and willing our bodies to move and position in the way of the people we see around us - in class, social media and YouTube videos etc... We forget the reason we started our yoga journey in the first place, instead spending our time looking beyond our own mat and breath. We need to reflect, to appreciate where we are in the now and grow in love and focus for ourselves. (at Sweaty Betty Farnham)

The best way to combat the post holiday blues, is to teach a yoga class to these wonderful ladies. Beautiful energy, full focus brought to the mat and more than willing to push themselves to the limits on the ab section of the class. 🙌🏼 Everyone was happy when we moved onto Natrajasana (supported spinal twist - pictured).
