I Still Do: A Letter to the Becoming Bride
Seven years ago, you said "I do" with a heart filled with expectancy, not knowing the Greatest was in the "still" of the best to come What was once your shame is now your strength And now you're able to see your failure as formation The first trip to the altar wasn't your ending, it was your beginning What started then, was never preparation for the woman to simply meet the man, marry, and live happily ever after It was and is now continued preparation for the Bride to meet the Groom of all groomers.. Christ The man in the suit will never be the destination. Only the Groom's best man. And your maid of honor, dear Bride? is your becoming Stay postured You are not walking back down an aisle You are walking down assignment Straight into covenant The vow that was spoken over you before you were formed in your mother's womb So cheers to today You completed what you started A deposit only God witnessed A devotion only He could write You are now in your ReBRIDEing season Redressed in obedience Renamed in purpose Recalled for glory To the becoming bride in you and those in formation, Know this: The true love story isn't just about the rings It's about the roots So yes, I sill do. Not to the fairytale But to the faithful-tale The faithful-tale to the press Until I'm in the presence of the One who said, "It is finished" And to the One who'll one day say "Well done" Stamped, The Bride Becoming today From the desk of LoveLetter625
To the Bride Becoming
On battleground yesterday He spoke "Here's to Day 1 of Bridal Bootcamp, daughter." In that reveal it was clear, this isn't surfaced workouts, reaching a rep set goal, or burning a sweat. This was the training ground to walk down the aisle to eternity. This was about becoming the bride who doesn't just say yes to the man but yes to the call, the cross, and the covenant. Yesterday, my building structure didn't deconstruct it reconditioned. What if the weight you lift isn't to burden you, but to condition you? The conditioning press that produces the oil. Yesterday, I chose to submit. Not to the workout, but to The One who ordained it. To Christ, our Groom who is faithful to refine With every stretch, every press, and every breath. Here's to Day 1, Discipline over discouragement (Hebrews 12:6) Grace over grit (2 Corinthians 12:9) And to the Maker of Heaven and Earth (Psalms 121:1-2) Typed in faith and submission, S. LEE From the desk of LoveLetter625 April 13, 2025
Dear Bride,
Welcome to The Bridal Suite. This isn't just a space. It's a sacred preparation room. A gathering place for second brides, like myself: Being zipped into divine armor while gowned in His glory. This suite is being rooted with love, in revelation, and intentionality. In this space, we let God write the vows before the vision. We honor healing, deliverance and readiness for covenant. Here, you are not behind. You are becoming. In covenant & becoming, S. Lee Founder of The Bridal Suite + LoveLetter625 "You will be a crown of beauty in the hand of your Lord, a royal diadem in the hand of your God" Isaiah 62:3
To The Bride in The Waiting Room
This is not reaching back. This is not proving healed. This is standing present- whole, expectant, and held. This isn't pain. This is posture; Not a reaction to what was, But a readiness for what is. Not a closure from a man, But consecration unto God. This is the moment where silence becomes sacred: Where letting go isn't grief, But glory in motion. The wait has been worship. The ache has been altar. The delay has been divine. This is not the wait for an apology, This is response to assignment. Bigger than being matched on a timeline, It's being married to trust. Married to the promise. A second walk down the aisle, This time with full understanding of who you are, and Who He is. To the bride in the waiting room: Stay seated in surrender Stay wrapped in glory Stay clothed in glory Your bridegroom isn't late. You're right on time for a divine unveiling. With love and agreement in wholeness, Renamed.Redressed.Recalled From the Desk of LoveLetter625
